By far the worst tint job Ive seen. We paid for 15 percent but got 20 percent. Then when I called back to ask to get the crease/bubble out and that the passenger window rattled and didnt before the owner was very rude and said "thats your problem and not mine". So we have already started a case with the BBB.

Will not go back. I dropped my car for detailing. It did have considerable dog hair in it which they did a good job addressing.I was told my car was done Thursday night. I opted to pick it up on Friday morning. Their website reads "Open at 9. At 9:45 no one was there. The company next door helped me out. They tried to wipe of the wax that was left on the car. He didn't remove all of it. I did when I got home. The inside of the windshield was covered with cleaner that wasn't wiped off. It was difficult to see out of. I cleaned it when I got home. I had to hunt for my floor mats which were not in the car, but scattered around the shop. The rear windows were not cleaned. All in all a very disappointing experience from a company that professes to be Excellent at what they do. I would recommend avoiding this place

My car interior was COVERED in mold and this is where I was quoted with the best deal. I took it in and Kermit & his team did not disappoint - he was communicative, understanding, and friendly & went above and beyond removing the mold, stains and odor & now my car looks the best it ever has. Would definitely come back if needed and would recommend this place to anyone.

Kermit did an excellent job detailing my Toyota highlander. it was an older vehicle with a lot of oxygenation and the paint looks really bad. He went into town and got busy working and back to shining and new. I've had other people detail my car in the past, and they did a decent job. However they did not match the level apex auto spa delivers. Thanks for your hard work and time into my old toyota!

I asked the guy if he could vacuum my car and wipe it down for $50. Its a new Prius. B4 I'd seen my car I paid him the $50 then handed him a $10/tip. I went out to my car and all he did was vacuum. I went back in and asked him kindly "if he'd wash the inside windows" he just said "oh, sorry." It would have taken no more than 5 minutes. Normally it would not have been a big deal but I'm almost 70yrs old and it's hard 4 me to reach anymore. (This AM I thought I'd go back in and give them the opportunity to correct the problem in return I'd take down my review and give them the chance 4 a great review..it only seemed fair right? Well he pretty much told me off.. It was frightening considering how big this guy is & no one else was there. He is definitely a bully & to a women no less. I was in tears by the time I backed out the driveway. I would have been a repeat customer if they'd treated me right. I'm a big supporter of local businesses. But I just can't recommend this place. I didn't feel safe. I mean If he's going to yell at an older lady. Just sayin..

Terrible service that Kermit guy will take your money and not do anywhere near what you pay him for. this guy is a crook and would put you in danger when given the chance l. doesn't listen to directions and never finishes the job HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would give no stars if I could l. Not worth it go somewhere else

I have been told from one of workers at front desk that details cleaning for my car is $65 , the next day I got another person at front desk telling me that the same service is cost $425.

I wish I could post great reviews like the ones I see on this site :(I took three cars here under previous owner since 2015 ... great jobs for all.Last two cars I took under current owner. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same:One car (@ $400 in June 2022), he offered a complimentary steam clean of engine bay (which is usually $50 extra). Did not get steam clean, and no offer from them to do it another time when I picked up. They opened the hood and started wiping down the bay before I had to leave after a couple of minutes.Second car was smaller, and owner quoted me $450 in Aug 2022 (excludes steam clean), stating his price just went up from $400. He must've anticipated that I would ask for a make up on the engine bay steam clean from previous vehicle. Bad business. He also offered to address a couple of dings on my car for $300, which I accepted. I showed up after 5pm, since Apex did not call me and I had to catch a ride from a friend). The dings were not addressed because they could not get hold of the repair guy all day, but I did get a steam clean of engine bay by paying the $50 price increase. Whatever. Two days after driving, I noticed my (new) brakes that I just had replaced at Les Schwab, were grinding. Two Les Schwab locations found tire shiner solution on the pads, and that is when I told them I had the car detailed two days ago. They cleaned the pads as best they could ... no charge. Les Schwab suggested that moving forward, to ask the detailer to not just spray in any direction or use a different method. I've also attached a photo of my rear window at night with headlights on it (after a week from detail) ... like it wasn't even touched.Too many complaints with Apex in a short time, shady business. I will need to find another detailer. Unfortunately, I really liked this place with the original owner.

Needed to get my car quickly detailed so I could have it appraised in time for a purchase order. Called the shop about 2 hours before arrival and was told they usually take appointments but could get things done for me. Showed up and informed Kermit I needed the car washed and detailed so I could get to my dealership by 5pm. He and another guy worked together to get it done under an hour and for no more than $200! Great service, quick and friendly!

This establishment does not even deserve one star. I was referred to them by someone on line as we are new to Portland. These 2 men were not only dishonest & unprofessional but downright aggressive in an almost criminal type way. The whole experience was frightening and highly unusual. The owner told me that if I posted a review about him he would sue me for defamation of character. So, I will just tell you the facts of what happened today at this "place". You make the call of whether or not to risk taking your car here. There was damage on my wheel well of which I sent pictures far in advance of my Monday appointment. When I showed up to my Monday appointment...no one was there. (It was Memorial Day but "JP" told me to bring it in anyway). Then, by phone, told me to bring it back the next day so I did. On Tuesday, no one observed, acknowledged or reviewed the damage with me before beginning to repair. He did not mention (& I did not know this at the time: that the damage spread slightly over a second "panel" He did not mentionthat that this would stop him from repairing the damage completely. He did not even look at the car with me. I just got a text 2 hours later that the car was ready. I went in & took out my card for the $400 bill. The shop owner said he was going to charge a $16 " service fee" to use any card. He said he wanted cash or check. So I paid him out of my business checking account by check. He took the check and signed it. So I went to get my car & key. While waiting, I noticed they did not fix all the damage. He only fixed the front part and said that the second part of the damage was on a different panel and that it would've been a much higher price. He began yelling, asked if I was "stupid???" then told me that " two panels equal two tacos: one panel equals one taco!" I told him I would not appreciate his shouting or the degrading comments. I had to ask him to lower his voice. He just started yelling more. Women do not appreciate being treated so disrespectfully. No one does. Meanwhile I heard the owner ask if he had already given me the key (Looking back on this it's obvious that they thought I was going to drive away and cancel the check, which again, I had no intention of doing) But then it got worse: the slovenly dressed shop owner came out and threw the check through my car window, Then-had someone pull his pink van and a second car in FRONT of my car so that I couldn't pull out!!!! This is AFTER paying him as he requested to be paid. They behaved like I was going to try to "getaway" without paying ... Which I had absolutely no intention of doing. He told me "I don't want your check GO WALK to an ATM and get me cash!!" (Note I had already offered to pay by both atm card AND credit card but he wanted an unreasonable "service fee" of $16.00 for using a card). (If he was so suspicious of checks then WHY did he ask for one? Outside, I tried to calmly communicate with them toward a solution EVEN if it meant paying more to get the whole job done. Had they only told me BEFORE BEGINNING THE JOB that only PART of the damage would be fixed... there would not have been a question. That would have been the right thing to do. Damages should be acknowledged, reviewed, discussed and issues that may prevent completion DISCLOSED PRIOR to beginning work. If there is an issue to completing the work, then it should be communicated and a solution proposed. But there was NO reasoning with these unprofessional people. All the wanted to do was yell. I couldn't even get a sentence spoken without being degraded. I am shocked that someone would behave in such an aggressive and suspicious attitude. I felt like I was dealing with ex cons, not professionals. When I got back from the ATM I asked for help so I would feel safe around these people. I paid them in cash, got a bad sunburn, and ended up with a partially completed job. In retrospect, The following day, I can see that they knew the leftover

Family-operated, they do everything from full body wraps to full body clear coverings, 8-hour cured thick 2-step thick Ceramic coatings over all paint, glass and plastics.. Great carnuba waxing, scratch buffing, clay despotting treatments, full headlight restoration, plastic restoration, top quality window tinting, etc. They use only the best products, very well priced and knowledgeable about everything and willing to share what they know with you. Every vehicle needs this kind of love on occasion, even if you wash your car by yourself frequently. My vehicle looks brand new! Highly recommended!
