This team is above and beyond anything I would have expected. My dog is suffering with a severe skin reaction that our regular vet couldn’t handle. I called this place up earlier this morning and they moved mountains just to see us. The love and care they are showing my dog is more than I could have asked for. I haven’t felt this hopeful in weeks. I will forever be grateful for the love you’ve shown my sweet Bayley.From the front office staff to the vet techs to Dr. Randall, Thank you SO SO MUCH.

After treating our cat with ear infection on left side. symptoms returned. Dr. Randall then lavaged his ear. Upon returning, I was not able to contact her directly and was only advised by her via her technicians. Spent over $2,000 dollars and even a office visit for a follow up appointment. Not professional behavior and seemed as though being pushed aside. I don't need advice from techs, but should be done by the DVM. Would not recommend ?.

they only care about your money, we've spent over $2000 on care here and they haven't changed a single thing about my dogs allergies! all of the workers have been so rude and honestly I don't even believe they care about animals. some people just want to take your money and will treat your animals like a profit margin and that is exactly what the kind of business these people run. this place is a scam.

Dr. Randal has healed my dog! Aliza, my 6 year old German Shepherd Dog, has been seen at vet after vet, and a dermatologist many times in Clackamas. I finally found AAEC and felt heard the first time I met Dr. Randal. She looked at Aliza and with the knowledge she has, made a plan specifically tailored to her needs. They have specialty medications for her bacterial resistant infection. It worked. I am happy to look at my dog, who finally feels more comfortable in her own skin. I definitely recommend this dermatology clinic over any other!

Dr Randall is AMAZING!!! We have a tricky auto immune cat who suffers from PF (pemphigus foliaceus). She can't be on steroids since she developed a rare eye complication from steroids. Dr. Randall was able to get her on Atopica and her eye hasn't had any issues. Eve's condition does flare up and she has started also getting enlarged lymph nodes. This has happened twice and Dr. Randall and her staff have always been wonderful and responded in a timely and compassionate manner. I am SO thankful for Dr. Randall and her entire staff who always listen to our phone calls wondering if we should alter her meds. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Randall and her staff. My best advice if you were referred to this office is GO and do not hesitate. Its the best thing we have done for our cat. THANK YOU to Dr. Randall and her AMAZING staff!

There is an expense to these services, that being said it is well worth it! Dr Randall and her staff are very knowledgeable and solving the mysteries of pet allergies is well worth it!!

My dog Bruce is currently being treated for his environmental allergies here. Whenever he goes for his allergy shot every week he is always so excited and thinks he’s going to see his friends. A great clinic that has caring staff and always explains everything in depth making sure I understand what’s going on. They even gave me a take home pamphlet with FAQ and educational information. Thank you all for everything you do for my baby!

Dr. Randall and her team at animal allergy and ear Clinic are in a league of their own! After taking my 3 year old kitty who was struggling with chronic skin and digestive issues to 2 other specialists who nothing more to offer us than more prednisone, Dr. Randall took a thorough history and did complete diagnostic work up to determine his allergies and he's now on immunotherapy and doing better than ever. Her staff actually reaches out to me via phone and email regularly to check on his progress and they respond immediately whenever I reach out. If your animal has allergies, look no further, this is the place to go!

Unfortunately our 12 year old Sheltie Otto has passed due to organ failure, but for about a decade he has received excellent care here starting with Dr Randall and later Dr Hasbach. I hope not to need their services in the future, but would definitely go back if necessary. One of our regular vets commented that Otto’s recovery was ‘amazing’.He had multiple skin problems: non-metastasizing cancer, infections, allergies, and other growths. Except for a consultation with an oncologist, all of those issues were resolved here.He was primarily treated with oral allergy serum and CO2 laser to remove growthsBottom line: would recommend
