Quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, been coming here regularly for quite a while, and there are only 3 decent people I've come across that work here. Everyone else looks at you like they're about to snipe you, ignores you when you come to the register, always too busy texting or talking on the phone to attend to anyone needing service, and really just rude. I hate to leave a review like this, but I would avoid coming here for anything aside from gas- if even that.

New owner took over a couple of years ago. He's dramatically increased the prices of everything. He's even breaking his contract with the AM/PM franchise, by increasing prices of things AM/PM has a set price for (i.e. He's raised the price of the cookies to $2, AM/PM says on their website that cookies are $1.49). The Ben & Jerries ice cream was already expensive at $8, he charges $10 for a pint of Ben and Jerry's. There's a store about a half a block away called, Rose mkt, if you want Ben and Jerry's or anything else for that matter, go there. Rose mkt is a lot less expensive for everything, even cigarettes! He also sells meth pipes (which is against AM/PM franchise rules). I've reported him to AM/PM Headquarters. I won't be surprised if he loses his AM/PM franchise contract. He'd be in a world of hurt then... He wouldn't be able to purchase fuel from Arco any longer. And I know he has more than one AM/PM location, I'm sure he's breaking these rules at all of his locations.

I prefer not to leave reviews but figured I should as a PSA. Went to this AMPM location since it’s near my home & it was convenient to walk with the kids but since new owners took over I’ve avoided it since last time I was there I was overcharged & just decided this store wasn’t worth my business & left it at that. Like I said though this was convenient and it had been a couple months since I shopped here so I gave it a second chance. This time I asked for the itemized receipt due to my experience the last time I visited. At first the cashier didn’t seem to keen on wanting to print the itemized receipt, after me insisting he finally did while rolling his eyes at me which only added to my suspicions that something extra was added on. I get home & review my receipt which only confirmed that I had indeed been overcharged $2.20 this time around. I got 8 items in total all which are under $3, one snackmex candy item which is originally a $1 was charged at $3 & you’ll notice is not on the receipt instead a different item was added twice. Ice was also added to cover the cost of the bag which was waived since I paid with EBT. If you already overcharged me by $2, the audacity to still want to charge me for the one bag I asked for. I definitely will not be giving this store a 3rd chance. I do suggest for anyone shopping at this location to double check your receipts, it seems like they’re a little too comfortable with adding extras to people’s actual total.

I went to buy candy and I did not like the way the cashier attended me he wasn’t nice either, he should be more respectful I’ve been there so many times and the cashier isn’t respectful

My car just got hit, been trying to get the owner but none of the employees have his number. And not even the manager. I call the number it shows in the reviews and was told none of them have it either. None new what the owners name or number was. Not even the manager.

I seriously dislike having to give this place business. The employees are rude, they keep expired food on the shelves, the ice tastes like plastic, their soda machines are always sticky and gross. The only reason I only come here is when there are no other options available, i.e., The other stores are closed.

I called and spoke with two people trying to research the location of a lost item. I was told to call around 10am. I asked if this is when the boss would be in. The person said yes. I asked what their bosses name was, they said I don’t know. I confirmed with a question of you don’t know your bosses name? They confirmed. I asked what’s your name? And they hung up on me. Just fyi if there are any human interactions that need take place be prepared.

Cheapest gas around.... The employees that work the graveyard shift have great customer service skills, they're super friendly and helpful everytime I'm there. (Much better than the Chevron down the road IMO)

I have frequented this ARCO for years and this past Saturday evening (12/4/21) at about 6:15, I stopped for gas. The attendant was not wearing his mask as he approached closely to my passenger who was wearing a mask along with me. I asked him to put on his mask and he did, but complained that Governor Brown had dropped the mask mandate for outside. I corrected him that that was when social distancing was possible and he continued to make sarcastic comments. When I again called to him that it wasn't for when you were in close contact, he replied with "Right, Karen"...implying that I was as bad as the 'karen' who had accused the African American man in Central park of threatening her when he asked her to leash her dog. When these people are less than 2 feet away from customers who are inside their car, they need to wear a Mask. I will find somewhere else to buy my gas if this is the way they are treating and disrespecting their customers.

No public bathroom. Nice I’m a first responser I work in the field and don’t have access to a bathroom down the hall. I was told they didn’t even have a bathroom on site. I ask how they use the bathroom and they said they didn’t. Lol guess I’m going to make a call to the permit office in the morning. Also hope you don’t need emergency services soon cause I’m going to be busy finding a bathroom.
