Came in this afternoon for a couple of mags. First time customer. Super knowledgeable owner! Very small dollar amount of a sale but he treated me as if I was buying a high dollar item. I'll be back for my next gun for sure. Highly recommend.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for firearms, apparel or good advice. I bought a CZ P-10F hand gun, brand new. It was very affordable compared to other locations I've been. As mentioned before, the people working there were very nice and knowledgeable. Great place and I will continue go back!

I recently bought a S&W 1911 and was excited to finally have it. However, when I got home, I noticed several scratches on the gun, particularly on the ejector side and other polished flat surfaces, as if it had been dragged across a hard, flat surface like a table. I wrote a review expressing my disappointment, and within minutes, Chris replied, explaining that the gun was a display model and that he would order me a new one. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and am eagerly waiting to receive a new gun without any scratches. I highly recommend Aloha Arms, especially because of their outstanding commitment to customer service.

was window shopping for firearms and ended up with some nice gifts for my dad who is a Marine Corp Vet. LOTS of good surplus items and great service from the staff there a little cramped if you are in a wheelchair and i think your entrance is towards the back if you are in one.

Went in today and while I didn't buy anything they were very helpful and nice. They didn't have what I was looking for but had a good selection of handguns, rifles and shotguns. They also had lots of accessories and are attached to aloha surplus that sells all kinds of cool stuff.The man that helped me at the gun desk was very nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me into buying or anything just showed me what I wanted to look at and answered my questions about what I was looking for(apparently they are hard to find right now, just learned that from him).Will definitely be back in the future!
