These guys are awesome. My kind of automotive shop. I took my Subaru in to get a noise diagnosed and they were able to get me in same day and pointed me in the right direction. I highly recommend this shop.

Fair, honest, solide---my 2010 Toyota Prius has 230k miles---By far, this is one of the top businesses I have worked with since I have been in the Portland metro area in two decades. They were honest, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I immediately drove my car for 160 miles after my maintenance and there was a noticeable difference in the performance. They came out for the repair within 24 hours of the request! I highly recommend

Took my truck in for brake issue - did not give me or call me with an estimate - went to pick up the truck $ 850.00 was the bill. Replaced two calipers and the master cylinder, Did not fix the brake issue. Went back the next day and told him the brake fluid was leaking he said it was not leaking when he had the truck- told me to come back after the week end. He needed another part and would have the part Monday or Tuesday - today is Saturday and still no call. Had he taken a minute to look at the brakes he would have seen the drivers side wheel well saturated with brake fluid.
I went to Diamond Auto ( best in town ) for the repair. so i paid him $ 850 for changing parts that might not have needed replacing that did not fix my brake problem - when i mentioned leaking fluid he looked at me like I was a fool and gave me an attitude. On inspection it was found he did not install the brake caliper correctly hence the major leak at the caliper and the brake line to the caliper was also leaking - 850 and they did not install the parts correctly.
Bad service - bad mechanical skills - and worst of all a bad i know more than you attitude - now way would I ever go back to this shop,
pricy - inept parts installer - bad bad attitude.

Nice guy, lousy mechanics. I took my van in for an inspection. They failed to notice power steering leak, coolant leak, oil leak, refrigerant leak. Oil cap smells like gas. I am not even sure what they even looked at since they missed all these things wrong with it. this is NOT A PROFESSIONAL SHOP

Took a car I was hoping to buy here a few years ago and the owner did a good job assessing my car as well as letting me know that the car was previously totaled and had a salvage title (which I knew). Took my car back here after a parking lot accident to fix a dent (my passenger door would not open). He refused to work on my car unless I also fixed the esthetics, which I didn’t want to get done. He stated, “This is not Tijuana.” I don’t know if he assumed my race or something but that was a pretty racist comment. I was especially surprised since he is a person of color himself. My fiancé had previously brought his car there and he was amazing to him, until he took me there and he just wouldn’t work on what we wanted unless we purchased more services. He strikes me as sexist and an opportunist. If you are woman and hoping to bring your car here, just don’t or maybe let a male friend or relative do it because this guy will treat you different. I only gave him 2 stars because he was great once.

We called to get a quote for a new alternator. Told him we had the parts and wanted to get a quote for labor. Owner told us he had to buy the parts himself because he needs to make a profit on both parts and labor. So just want everyone to know he’s up charging on parts and scamming you out of your money.

I went to Soren years ago and then moved out of Beaverton. I started going to a different mechanics and don’t get me wrong, they were amazing. Problem is, that now that our van is needing pretty constant repairs (it’s at 190,000miles) he said it was a waste of his time and mine. Well I don’t have $10,000 dollars laying around to just get another vehicle. So I went back to Soren. Explained what’s been happening and he has been very thorough with finding every little thing that is wrong with it (because I’ve asked him to) He understands I need it fixed and running. He’s fairly priced and he gets it done fast.
