Check engine light was intermittent and then wouldn't go off right about the time I needed to get tags. I use my vehicle for work so I rented a car while it was being repaired and stressed that I need the check engine light to go away. They tell me BOTH my catalytic converts are bad. Weird they both went bad at the same time but not impossible. Over $4000 later I pick my truck up and the check engine light comes back on as I pull out of the parking lot and is still throwing the same code it was before having all these cats and o2 sensors replaced. On top of that my exhaust has a loud rattle when I'm at certain RPM's. Now I have to pay for another rental and they're not even sure it will be covered under their warranty. Beyond frustrating. I ended up paying more money to have the other bank of o2 sensors replaced and they told me there was a broken piece of my exhaust (wasn't broken before the exhaust work) that they couldn't weld. Will never recommend this place again. Reposting this review because they told me they wouldn't give me a rental car unless I removed it but didn't even fix the exhaust rattle they caused.

I brought in my subaru outback, almost on its last leg...they assessed the issues and fixed them in a timely manner..they were more professional than alot of other big company shops I've had to deal with in the past..Great job to everyone involved.

My check engine light came on while driving. I immediately began my Google search for a reputable auto shop in my area and Accurate Auto was at the top of the list. They communicated the problem, fix, and cost and I got my car back feeling reassured to get back on the road.

Love this place. Troy and his team were very honest and transparent on what our vehicle needed. I didn't feel taken advantage of or talked down to. The work that was recommended was completed in the time frame that was quoted. I will definitely be returning and recommended!

Had my oil changed and motor mounts replaced they went above and beyond for me and made sure my car was in good condition. Really affordable compared to most places and fixed only want needed fixed.

Dishonest - promised service rates and appointment not honored. Previous services not logged or possibly even performed. Called for service appointment and immediately asked if I wanted to schedule a service I paid to have done at the previous appointment. I walked out - recommending everyone does the same. This was my first time having my car serviced at Accurate Auto. Lance did an oil change with multipoint inspection (had a coupon for a discount), texted a report on the results and answered all my questions thoroughly so I could decide what needed to be serviced. Great experience at a fair price.

Do not trust Accurate Auto! I took my Volvo to the Tigard location on 7/12 and as of today, 7/29, my car is still not ready for me to pick up. After multiple calls to them, I was repeatedly told that the part was still outstanding and that the pick up date was being pushed out further - again! I do not trust them any longer. I had been a good customer - having spent thousands of dollars over the years.
I find it ironic that their name is Accurate Auto and yet I have been unable to get an accurate answer from them about my car’s service.

Quick and easy, diagnostic was right (needed new starter) and was back on the road within a day. Front desk people very friendly and communication on my car’s status over the phone was refreshing from past mechanics. Highly recommend!
