Kara at ABI was wonderful to work with. I can not recommend her enough! As a new homeowner she answered all of my newbie questions, guided me through the process and made me feel at ease with the intricacies of the policies I signed. I could not recommend her and ABI more! My husband and I felt like we got true "white globe" service when it came to our insurance needs and will never go anywhere else!

To be fair, this agency has always promptly returned my phone calls and worked with me to adjust my coverages as my situations have changed. I have been happy when they are selling insurance to me and when I call asking for explanations. However; once a filed an auto insurance claim....the problems began. I was involved in a multicar accident and avoided a head on collision with a SUV that had lost control. I was turned over to a Safeco claims adjuster (Celeste Fleck) that seemed to never be in the office when I attempted to contact her. Then I was turned over to three different claims estimators. They asked me to send in photos and promptly proclaimed that my damage was only $2500 and sent me a check (that I did not ask for) for $500. Their estimated damages minus my $2000 deductible. For crying out loud, I drive a Mercedes Benz and there was damage to the hood, driver door, right quarter panel, passenger door, right rear door, sensors, mirror with blind spot monitor and illumination, and the bumper. Clearly Liberty Mutual/Safeco was trying to low ball me and expected to be happy with the measly $500. There are only two Mercedes Benz certified collision repair centers in the state of Oregon. I went to one of them as I am able to select my own auto body repair shop in the state of Oregon and I wanted someone experienced in Mercedes Benz repair, especially with so many sensors and collision avoidance devices in my vehicle. The Mercedes Benz authorized collision center estimated my damage at $14,500. A much more reasonable figure considering all of the damage to a very expensive car. After the body shop contacted Liberty Mutual/Safeco I was able to take my vehicle to be repair on March 1, 2022. Since then, dealing with Liberty Mutual/Safeco has been a complete disaster and they continuously try and low ball my repair. It is now April 5, 2022 and I still do not have my vehicle as Liberty Mutual/Safeco continues to hold up reimbursement for the auto body shop. Liberty Mutual/Safeco....you suck

I recently purchased a home and needed homeowner's insurance, and a friend had mentioned to me that he uses ABI, so I reached out for some preliminary quotes. Lynn Gelber helped walk me through each aspect of the cheapest policy she could find, and even went as far as helping me bundle with my auto policy (and find me a better rate there too). She was extremely thorough and professional, and I was astounded with how on top of things she was even when we got off the phone. She searched more for better rates and bundles, and outlined the breakpoints in certain policies and things I should be cognizant of moving forward. I would recommend ABI to ANYBODY, they are honest, communicative, efficient, reliable, cost-effective, and above all else they're simply helpful beyond belief. 5 stars in my book.

I have worked with American Benefits Insurance for more than ten years. I highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous, and really know their stuff. Their recommendations are intelligent and appropriate. (And they can explain them in plain English, not "Insurance Speak." Several times, they have worked late (twice on Friday night) to provide bids and policies that I needed urgently. Great people.

I have had a very bad experience with this agency, despite an A+ rating by the BBB of Portland, which is why I chose to contact them. I phoned the agency twice on a Monday in November (11th and 18th) in order to obtain quotes for residential insurance. I made the 2nd call after receiving no contact after my request on the 11th & chose to give them benefit of the doubt. On the Friday after the Monday of my 2nd call (Nov 22nd), I did receive a call from an agent. She requested information from me that I scanned and sent to her via email. She replied via email that she had received the information and advised that I would hear from her soon. I received a quote via email on Dec 2nd and spoke with her that day via phone. The price quoted was better than my current insurance provider, so I asked for auto quotes, that she said she would soon provide. It is now January 9th and I have not heard from her. No way will I be doing business with this agency.

FOX AGENCY is the BEST agency for your insurance needs they are highly recommended for their professionalism, knowledge, meeting the clients needs and they LISTEN to their clients with patients and kindness. They are like an extension to your family and they have always come through for me in emergency situations I really do not know what I would do without them. They are truly a blessing, THANK YOU FOX INSURANCE FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!

Responsive. I have confidence Fox is finding the lowest rate. Also, you make the process really easy to do over email and provide a go-to resource when I need help. I rarely ever have to deal with the insurance company myself.

I've been with Fox Insurance for about 20 years. I changed to Fox when I got a lower car insurance quote from them. When I changed I figured that I owed it to my previous insurance agent, who I rarely heard from, to see if he could match their quote. He came back with "Oh, you've been eligible for a lower quote for some time and ...." (Well if I was eligible why didn't you contact me? )The new quote wasn't as low as Fox's quote though!I appreciate that Fox has been consistently contacting me over the years about my insurance to see that it is what I need. (They send out yearly newsletters with pertinent insurance information.) When I've wanted to make changes to my policy or have had questions they've always have been very responsive. Since insurance is constantly changing and they keep me informed about my policies I'll be staying with Fox.

You can tell they truly care about their customers because they take the time to answer your questions and make sure you understand what is needed and what your options are. I've been a customer of Fox Insurance for almost 15 years. They continue to offer me and my friends good service and affordable rates. Over the years, I am amazed at how they get me significantly more coverage while I pay the same rate or less.
