Huge chaos! Workers setting up furniture all over the store. The store was a huge mess, my niece tripped over some scattered pieces or parts to random furniture.

Zero star, bad service you will receive from them also they don’t even care. Bad bad service, not recommend it to public Also her name is Robin is a freaking liar ? who work there answering phone all day long and do nothing … lazy people sitting there all day long and do nothing just answering the phone and liar to customers. This location should close or fire them and bring more nice people, Beaverton OREGON. Aarons Management please do something? ??

This location is very unprofessional. Drew the 25 year old manager knows nothing about customer service, He has no skills in communication and is extremely rude to older people, and has no respect. A sad future for the next generations.

Tried to make a purchase from Aaron’s Beaverton very unsuccessfully because they 1st did not have the couch they were advertising, eventually they “somehow” got the couch we wanted and would deliver it in 3 days. That day came and went with no phone call.When we got a hold of them the following day they apologized and said they would call us back with a follow up delivery. They did not return our call. It has now been a week since we signed papers on the couch. After calling them to figure out what there plan was they pushed it off for another week.This would put us at 2 weeks of sitting on the floor since we disposed of our old couch under the assumption our new couch would be delivered the following day.They’re customer service voice is polite however their ability to communicate and produce the results they promise is non existent.How you can successfully run a business with out being able to provide a the service paid for blows my mind.Update: eventually we had to pick up our couch ourselves and within a month it broke… currently working with them, hoping for a replacement!!

Aarons is a good company but this location is very unprofessional. Rescheduled last minute on a Friday then rescheduled last minute on the Monday when ordered 3 weeks prior to my move in date. Rude salesman, never the type to complain and give bad reviews but this is ridiculous.
