Cut Above Pawn has been helping for the past year & just recently with FFL gun transfers (due to passing of my Dad) I can't say enough about their costumer service. They have gone above & beyond helping get things done and tansfered for me. They are the the most courteous & understanding shop I've dealt with. I will always use them for the services of transfers & more.

Best ffl in Portland AFAIK. Fairly priced transfers and the only one I've been to that do a direct call for background checks, skipping the long week+ wait times nowadays.

Been doing FFL transfers with these guys for years now and I can tell you they are the fastest and best priced place in the area. They are the only ones that have ever got on the phone to get my background check pushed through so I don't have to wait 2 plus weeks. Great guys I give them all my business.

A Cut Above pawn is awesome, they are kind and helpful, this has been my FFL for several years, I trust them to take care of any FFL needs, I go to them for transfers as well. Tom the owner is an outstanding guy and so are the rest of the staff. I never had any problems with transfers or FFL paperwork here and the staff are very knowledgeable. They are also Veteran owned and operated. Definitely recommended!
