Horrible , I’ve ordered off the 7eleven app from this store and have gotten 4 orders wrong in a row the employees need to get fired or at least get In trouble for this!

I ordered delivery for a coffee and got hot chocolate. I tried again to order coffee and I got a giant cup of random flavored creamer. Still no coffee!! Don't know who is working there late night but their an idiot!! How hard is it to get a cup of coffee and some creamers together.

I am a grub hub driver and an employee here named Atta was extremely mean to me when I tried to fix my customers order. All he asked is if the order was for me and I told him no. He then continued to say it was OK and dismissed me multiple times. I've never had problems with anyone at 7/11 before. Yes orders have substitutions at times. He would've been better off saying that instead of dismissing me like my order/customer was of no importance. I went to a different 7/11 to get a managers number and they directed me to a phone number online. I then proceeded to call the number they gave me. I don't understand why I needed to tell my company to handle it, when it has nothing to do with my company. It has everything to do with their workers. Who's suppose to uphold how their company treats people. ( regardless of how they look or what they may have heard ) On my app I have long hair. This morning I have my hair up and a hat and hoodie hood on because that's how I felt like dressing today. If they mistreated me because they thought I was stealing an order they should have called me on it and asked me to remove my hood so they could match the picture on my app to my face. Regardless.... you should never be treated how he treated me.... period. A worker like this should probably be placing in stocking and replenishing.... not dealing with an6 type of customer. OR maybe they should re-do their customer service orientation section again.Not only that.... they gave my customer a sugar free drink. How do you know my customer could've had an allergy to the sugar by product and maybe even blind.... you have to think about every aspect when you deal with people in general..... why.... because they trust us.

The store has machines for six slurpee flavors. You are lucky if two are working at any given time. Of the ones that are working, you're lucky to get an actual slurpee, more often than not it's cold syrup. If you're coming for slurpees, do not come to this store.

Today is the last time I ever step foot in that store! I have been overcharged at least 5 times! Management does not even acknowledge there own signs of the sale price he tells me the price is what rings up then he tells me there is nothing he can do about it as he’s reading the sign! The cashier doesn’t speak or understand English! So there is terrible customer service!! Maybe it’s time to picket this store. Because I’m not the only person this has happened to! STORE NEEDS A MANAGEMENT CLEANOUT and cashiers need some TRAINING

Doritos were on sale: buy 1 get one for $2. The cashier wouldn’t fix the price and said there was no manager even there. Horrible customer service and false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend ever going there for anything.

Can't get their hot food anymore, all the chicken rollers are constantly overcooked and then the taquitos are never properly labeled so I grab one that I don't want. Not worth it.

This 7 eleven does not honor coffee refill prices. Charge same price for coffee if use your cup or theirs. Don’t go here for coffee refills.

Every time I come in I always see the same person behind the register. He works so hard! And no matter how busy it is? He is the nicest guy and super patient! ? That's why I always come to this 7-11!! Thank You!!

It's a convenience store. It has what you need when you need it. The location is ideal because it's not too far from main roads such as Hall blvd, Allen Blvd, and the highway 217. I sometimes take it for granted but 7 eleven is one of the few locations still open 24/7 even after the pandemic.Fyi, there are homeless people who are outside from time to time. Do what you will with this knowledge.

Disgusting quality of hot food item (hot dog). Got sick from it as it was left over and cooked many times over. Don't recommend.

Always love the people here. Usually shop at night, and bossman (Khalid, apologies if I misspelled your name, friend. I sadly only heard it once indirectly. The person who works most of the night shifts) was always friendly. Thank you for making my 2 years of nights in Beaverton awesome.

Sometimes there are issues with the Slurpee machine, like on hot days, being able to keep up or product unavailable. For the most part, easiest and most convenient stop for us.

Shortly after 0415 on September 15th 2021. I accidentally tried to use my debit card that had no money on it. The debit card machine said that I was approved and it said 45cents. So I thought the 45cents was what I had remaining after the purchase. I didn't know that was the machine telling me that the 45cents was all I had on the card. While all this is going on, the clerk is yelling at me, cursing at me and belittling me. After I realized that I used the wrong debit card, I apologized and informed him that it was an honest mistake. I then used the correct card to pay for what I came for. Even after that, he continued to yell, curse and belittle me. Then I asked him what his bosses name was, he said his number is right here and said he was going to give it to me (all the while continuing his rant). However, he didn't give me the number and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I stayed calm and even continued to apologize for the honest mistake. He told me to leave and never come back... For an honest mistake that I corrected and even apologized for.
