The manager went out of his way to help and resolve a problem with a system error.

Good enough equipments and facilities.
Request: Please extend the working hours to at least 11 in the night. 8 is way too early on a weekend to close.

Place is great. Two downsides though:
- Doesn’t have a racquet ball court
- Closes very early (9pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends)

Lots of machines but this location is dirty and the locker room area always smells so… SO bad. I came to this location regularly 5-6 years ago and it was much cleaner then.

This place is more clean than the other 24 hours in the area. It is extremely busy in the afternoon but in the mornings it’s not bad. The sauna is large and HOT. Landon is an 11/10 manager. I see him walking around and cleaning and he really cares about people’s experiences at the gym. I was considering switching to a new gym all together because of the lack of safety equipment available consistently in the workout room but I spoke with Landon about it and he said he would find a way to make the safety clamps available on a regular basis. Much appreciated and great customer service !

Is ridiculous how much they charge to not be a 24 hour gym anymore. It should be illegal for them to keep the 24hours name since they're Not delivering the services they claim. I wish someone would open a real 24 x 7 gym like this company used to be. ?

I have been a member of this gym for nearly 15 years. A year ago, I would have rated it 1 star. In fact, I was seriously considering switching gyms because of how downhill the club had gone post-COVID. I have multiple friends who actually did leave. You can see the other ratings on just how bad it got. Specifically, with cleanliness. My only tether to this gym was its convenience, being a mere two minutes from my doorstep, crucial for my 5 a.m. workouts before diving into the workday. Even then, it was getting to a point where I almost left.
Clearly, management heard the complaints and started prioritizing hiring employees who actually care about the state of the gym. Most notably, Logan. Logan stands out as a beacon of positive change. Tasked with maintenance, Logan transcends his duties, embodying the spirit of exceptional customer service and genuine care for the gym's community and cleanliness. His proactive approach, from greeting members warmly to offering help with even the smallest tasks, like disposing of a finished drink while I'm on the treadmill, showcases his dedication and hard work. Logan's influence is a stark contrast to the days when I'd be greeted by unkempt facilities. Logan is friendly, hardworking, and all around a class act. I am often the first person in the gym, right at opening, and prior to Logan's employment I'd walk into a bathroom that looked like how I'd imagine a prison bathroom looks.
The presence of employees like Logan is a testament to the gym's renewed commitment to its members and the quality of its environment. 24 Hour Fitness needs to do everything they can to retain Logan as an employee. He's one of the only reasons why I am still a member, and a clear indication that the gym is now listening to it's members and trying to improve.

Disappointing, used to come to this gym almost 20 years ago. It was nice then and was open as the name suggests, 24 hours. I joined again in late 2023, and wow, they have not changed one thing and it seems like they have not cleaned it in 20 years either. Sucks because it is the location closest to my house. Planet fitness is newer, cleaner, and with way better. This place needs a complete gut job or maybe just demolish it and start over and hire a cleaning crew. Not worth my annual membership fee.

Decent location. Most of the times I can get through my workout since I try to sneak in during lunch or late afternoon before the initial wave of members once school is out. If this location could stay open even an extra hour during the week from 10 to 11pm, it would save me the extra time it takes to go to the other locations. And the turn around time to repair treadmills could improve. At one point there were around half that was out of service for at least a week.

Um… you guys make SO MUCH PROFIT off of your members. You’re in Murray Hill… can we update the century old equipment and clean the air vents!? The location of this gym is its only saving grace and I keep noticing new ways this gym is disgusting. The pile up of dust in these pics… says so much. The showers, the sauna and the stretching areas are so filthy. Please do better… soon.

The equipment is older than sliced bread other than the 2 power lifting stations they had installed when CrossFit took off… all the air vents are packed with dust! Its location is the reason people come. MurrayHill can do so much better and we know this place is PROFITING. Put our money back into the gym… the nooks and crannies of this place tell a tale. Do better.

This facility is almost as disgusting as the manager's attitude towards members is.Looking forward to see what corporate does about the issues.
