JJ and Joanne of city hall really were kind, superb and patient with helping me. JJ helped even put my spare on in the middle of the road. Top notch ?

This is a funny little place in a small town. they worked out a deal to get the chamber furniture from another city, and now it looks way too big for the room.. or they want it that way for effect during council meetings...
