DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON. Worked with Michelle and she completely messed up my account. Said a business account would save me money and it did the opposite. I ended up having a business account and a consumer account. Had 4 extra phone lines between the two that I don't need. Spend the extra time and go to coos bay Verizon.

I recently visited the Bandon Verizon and was greeted by a representative named Michelle she helped me find the products I needed. She helped me understand my plan more clearly also helping me understand how to run my phone and watch like Noone else could, Michelle was patient and easy to understand I finally walked out of a Verizon store educated and calm. Today was an amazing day!!! We got a really awesome deal! Me and my fiance felt very welcomed. We walked out with an amazing deal and only had to pay a minimum amount. I am absolutely ecstatic! ☺️? shoutout to Wendi and Michelle for being such amazing workers, and making our faces smile. We are absolutely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend to others! If you ever come to this location I would definitely recommend to speak to Wendi and Michelle! I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience in a Verion Store! Michelle & Wendi went above and beyond anything I could have expected, from the bottles of water they provided to the bowls of water for my dog. They were so wonderful from beginning to end and beyond! The Bandon Verizon & those 2 ladies will be the only Verizon Store & sales consultants I will EVER work with again!! I renewed my plan and the sales rep encouraged me to take advantage of the free IPad and watch offer for renewal. I was assured my $125 bill would go down. Instead I was charged service costs for three years on those devices. When I complained to management I was confronted with a dismissive skeptical attitude. They called Verizon whom said tough luck, you signed up. Management locally does not take responsibility for their employees. I am
Switching to ATT. The internet claims they have better rural service now. I encourage all to check it out.
