“Lifesavers! I was on empty coming down from the Siskyous. Frantic to get gas as I was towing. The mountains used more gas than expected. Very nice young man pumped my gas and chatted. Made my day much better. This is at mp 86 and literally the only thing around. I would give them a 10 if I could.”
“I was just there, about an hour ago sleeping in the back parking lot in my truck. Some guy woke me and the other drivers that were there up said the place is on fire!!! Sure enough it is burning to the ground as we speak!!! I was only 50 feet from the Fuel tanks! I jumped in the sattle and as I drove away the front of the building was red flaming hot. If that Angle hadn't woke us drivers up I would probably be dead right now!!! Thank Our God Jesus in Heaven for sending him!! I will miss this place! Hope they will rebuild?”

“I was from California. In 2020 I came up on a foggy day. Very peaceful in my opinion, got some drinks but the card reader was out. The woman behind the counter said it was all good and let me be on my way. I appreciated that. I loved the looks of it.”

“Wow. We pulled in after having an issue with over heating. The gentleman was outside as we pulled, I popped the hood. He talked with us and was more than happy to allow us to "cool down". The woman at the counter was super friendly and talked with us a bit about our trip. We bought lots of water. She even let us know about the amazing food truck. While I spoke with my mechanic (husband) and looked over the car, a couple locals stopped and chatted with us. Even offering us an additional gallon of water. We felt like family. Thank you for allowing us to "chill".”
