TA Travel Center in Aurora, OR on I-5 at Exit 278 is a full-service stop ready to fuel trips with Shell gas or diesel 24/7. It offers the usual things a truck stop has, including 275 truck parking spaces, a driver’s lounge, a CAT scale, and TA Truck Service for maintenance. Travelers can refresh in laundry and shower facilities, sit down to eat at Country Pride, or grab fast food at Popeyes. The travel store stocks grab-and-go meals, snacks, and drinks. Reviews note the staff is good, but experiences with facilities vary. Some find the restrooms sparkling clean, while others report issues like clogged toilets, out-of-order stalls, empty soap dispensers, and showers with a nasty smell and questionable cleanliness. The parking lot is noted as super dark with many burnt-out lights and potholes. The store can seem a little empty. A lack of clear signage when no fuel attendant is on duty has led to frustration for some customers, including those needing assistance. While some amenities like the fitness room are considered very basic, the center remains a functional stop for many, with several describing it as okay for their needs.
Not RV or van friendly. First TA that we got asked to leave at midnight. Maybe it’s a Oregon thing. Same with Flying J across the way. California was no problem.

Good staff, has the usual things a truck stop has. It's connected to a Popeyes chicken. They do not take EBT. Also their lighting needs to be fixed. To many lights are burnt out i.e. some of the signs, parking lot lights
