Prices are crazy high, gave me a quote of $4000 to replace torsion bar, spring bushing and piggy back a bracket chamber. Had my truck two days trying to diagnose the flashers not working and temp guage. Did dot inspection and failed to notice an air leak on the tranny and leaking wheel seal that another shop found immediately. If could give them one star sure as hell would. Needless to say will NEVER use them again for anything period.

Nice people. Had a hub seal replaced on a W900 with only 13,000 miles 2025. Got it done before walking back from TA for lunch.

Currently parked in front of the gate in the middle of the night due to my fan hub breaking a few miles back. Im really sorry for parking here, I didn't realize there was a gate. I left plenty of room to get around me. Hopefully I can get fixed up in the morning.

This is the most unhelpful shop I have had the displeasure of having to put my truck in.
It took them two weeks to replace a transmission and oil cooler and flush the system and when they were finished they couldn't even get me a ride from the motel back to the shop to pick up my truck.

its very frustrating atleast 90 percent of the time when you call no answer its not the parts guys on kenworth side thats the problem there great but not good for business at all always try them first but end up going somewhere else unfortunately

Get a quote in writing, make aure you dont leave anything to the imagination. Read your invoices before you pay them. Nice facility and all but 1 of the staff were plenty friendly..... unfortunately it only takes 1 to ruin the entire trip. Parts counter was very helpful and ordered the correct parts and had then same day. The staff for the tractor side all seemed friendly as well. I was finally helped by the service MANAGER after I was called a liar he stepped in and fixed the problem (that I wasn't lying about) billed for 6 hours when the tech spent about 30 minutes on the problem that was our responsibility to pay for the service manager adjusted the bill after talking to the tech and finding out that I was correct and the guy lying..... he's on the payroll. Good luck
