Moved into some apartments that had this company's hardware installed in every unit. The panel is in a terrible location (back wall of a closet) wifi drops constantly, I have to hardwire to work on anything important which is difficult to verify which of the three cables you have to unplug to be able to get a hard line where you need it. For 80 bucks a month you get "fiber" but not really, because all 240+ units pull from the same channel slowing everything down considerably. We stream or game on one device MAYBE two once in a blue moon and it can't even handle that.

Super fast, reliable internet - and we live out in the country. We've recommended them to several neighbors :)Customer service has been great. When a tree fell across our driveway, a Viser employee saw it and called us to make sure we were okay. The only issues we've ever had with connection has been when our dog chewed up the wires - and Viser came out to fix and make it dog proof for the future :)

Update: Kameron posted his own 5 star review ?Update to Kamerons response below: really? You literally just admitted in public that you a. Have poor customer service and b. You contract was not sufficient.I’ll send my bill in the mail for the business consultation. ?? and YOU'RE WELCOME.Zero stars for customer service. The owner/manager (Kameron) has never provided good service, but this one takes the cake. Don’t downgrade your service if you expect to be able to keep your pricing. Their CS rep will not inform you of this - and although they have record that I was not informed, they will not honor my pricing. And I have been a customer for a cumulative 4-5 years between two homes. A+ for you Kameron, good luck running Viser into the ground.“Hello,I understand what you are saying. However, I have laid out the situation and possible options that you have.What you are asking for is not possible, has never been possible, and will never be possible. Plan changes are and will always be at the then-current pricing.We have even spent the time to look at all previous communications to ensure we did not say that you would be able to do what you are asking. There is nothing.Just to be clear so we don't go back and forth on the same point, not being told that you would have to select from the current plans is not a valid argument. Awesome fast service, affordable prices, blows crappy comcast out of the water. They are great. We're lucky to have fiber out here in Turner, I couldn't even get that in Portland.

Blazing fast and amazing customer service. Seriously, they go above and beyond. I couldn't locate a billing statement and sent an email, and got a call back within like 5 minutes! Plus I appreciate them keeping us updated about the ice storm damage and repairs. Highly recommended!

Probable the worst "internet providers" you could choose. They almost never update their equipment, and after doing some tests realized that they have nearly a fully exposed network in the Aumsville, OR area with seemingly no plans to upgrade the network without asking people to pay for the new equipment themselves.
