Went in on a friends suggestion and OMG! I feel so pretty. I got my eyebrows waxed and they aren't as thin as I was expecting but the shape is nailed and honestly she did better than I had in mind. She is now my go to in town. Kayla is the best! Gentle touch hardly any pain. She got me making flirty faces at myself in the mirror. Will be coming back for sure!

Called early in the day on Saturday, left a detailed message pertaining to the current condition of my hair & my desired type of hair cut. Don't recall what site I took info from but the salon had many 5 ⭐ reviews. Since I'm in town for little over a week I was hoping to be able get in B4 I leave. I'm disappointed ☹️

Loved! Robyn was fabulous. I explained to her what I would like and the hair cut exceeded my expectations. $45 for a haircut but I was so pleased I tipped her $20. Thank you Robyn!

I am relocating to the coast. I needed to find a new hairdresser. Not only did Robyn get me an appointment promptly but she is just who I am looking for. I could tell right off the bat she not only knows hair but can read people. I've had a sort of pixie cut but never exactly what I wanted. Robyn took one look and immediately knew I am an old asymmetric gal. She pulled out the tools I remember from days long ago and began the cut the way I remember getting those classy cuts in the past. I came to this salon a day before Thanksgiving after carefully reading the reviews which were mostly good. I had armpit length and I was asking for shoulders length straight. I brought photos of the cut style I wanted, nothing complicated, I was very specific, shoulder length, emphasizing I don't want the short bob style. When she finished I wanted to cry, it was a lot shorter, it was chin length or less in the front and shorter at the nape. Maybe another person would have liked it but in my case short hair does not look good in me and it was not what I asked for. The damage was already done! I respectfully expressed my discomfort, paid and left, drove home crying, took a hot bath and went to bed. On Monday morning in my office my coworkers were more surprised than me, I had told them that I would cut my hair and I had shown the photo of the cut that I wanted to everyone and it was certainly not what they expected, I received many sorry and words of comfort saying it will grow, it doesn't look so bad, etc. It's been a month and I still can't get over it and it's the reason for this review. Hopefully It will take me about 5 more months for grow up and be able to try again with another hairdresser the cut to the shoulders that I want so much.Service: Haircut
