I had a special request paint job (let’s just say much smaller than a vehicle) and where everyone else told me no, Mark said yes. He didn’t have to. He said he had never done anything like it before but yet he agreed.
He knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the final product. His attention to detail was self evident within the first few days. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing to bring their vehicle back to factory condition.

I called Mark with only a few days available to do an almost impossible task and while he did not have the time to fit it in, he was very honest about the fact that he hasn't done that type of job before and was super helpful brainstorming to help me figure out another solution. I appreciate honesty and integrity in a business person. Highly recommend.

Best ever. Recently I got squeezed between a box truck and a highway post at 60 mph and my passenger side mirror did not survive. Two inches of clearance on the drivers side and minus two inches on the passenger side. Made a heck of a noise (ringing ears for quite a while) when the mirror slammed back into the pickup and disintegrated. Mark went out of his way to find a new OEM replacement mirror when the dealer said it would take 2 to 3 weeks on back-order because of COVID. Mark called me the next morning at about 9:00 with mirror in hand. He could have charged me a lot, but the bill was less than I expected, a lot less. I was grateful because driving back through Seattle in a Ram 2500 crew cab with the shell filled with equipment (I couldn't see out with the inside rear view mirror) with no right side mirror was something I was not looking forward to. I found Mark to be one of the friendliest and genuinely honest persons I have met.

My husband backed my car into a bulldozer. Took it to here to have it fixed because the Kia dealer recommended it. I'm so happy I did. Mark is a very honest man who won't ripe off a woman. My car is perfect and in record time. Thank you !!!
