This was my first visit to see Caitlin at Panache Hair Lounge on Pier 39. I was looking for my first hair treatment in 5 years and as an immune compromised 65 year old, an environment where I could protect my health. And I was not disappointed.
Easy location, cozy & sweet with very professional service, from the first contact to the completed process, I truly not only felt good working with Caitlin and her recommendations, but once again love my hair! Thanks gal! I will be back!
Specialties: O been getting Brazillions and Caitlin recommended a new to me keratin process. My dull frizzy gray hair is now smooth and sleek! Even after washing I only need a light blow dry and iron to keep it looking great.

Best curly cut I've ever gotten. I go for a big chop every 3-4 years. Usually I accept that it won't look right until it grows out a little. But she listened and understood exactly what I wanted. I'm so pleased with this hair cut and so happy to have found someone out on the coast who knows how to take care of curly hair!

I have been going to Caitlin for about 6 months now and am very pleased with what she has been able to do with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and how I take care of my hair and does exactly what it needs. I have a short, curly pixie that is easy to style (brush it into place and air dry) and always looks good. She takes her time cutting my hair and making sure it is perfect! Thank you Caitlyn!

Caitlyn is a miracle worker! She knows how to do hair color and cuts like no one I’ve found in Oregon. She blends highlights really well and doesn’t over cut. Getting appointments is easy too as she is available via text messages.Her studio is in a super cool location out on the pier which is always fun. She offers cocktails, snacks and her undivided attention every visit. She also sells some cute shirts. I recommend her 100%

I was excited to try this salon for a haircut and was greeted by a friendly stylist and felt that the price I was going to pay would be worth it. I'm used to $65+ for a great cut. I have short hair so it requires regular cuts. I showed her 2 photos on my cell, told her what I liked and she said perfect! Well, not so much. Before she started I told her I like my long bangs and don't need any length cut off. Once she started she moved up to my bangs and areas around my temples ( which I also told her I like it long there). I came out with awkwardly short bangs and it took nearly 3 months to grow them out. Won't be going back.

I needed a hair FIX! I had the worst haircut I've ever had about two months ago. It was a mess. No style, it was just hacked. I needed something done because I couldn't do anything with it. I called Panache and Caitlyn was able to get me in the same day. I had explained my problem on the phone and she said she could fix it. I brought a photo with me to give her an idea of what I was hoping for. She took her time and explained what had happened to my hair. I am so incredibly happy with my cut. There are a lot of times when ladies are told, "oh, I can fix that bad cut". Well let me tell you, Caitlyn did fix it. Besides all that we chatted so much I felt like I knew her forever. Thank you Caitlyn.

Love Caitlin! She did a awesome job with the task of dying my bangs blonde. My locks left really healthy as well since she uses awesome products and carefully watched over my hair during the process. Will be back when I need a touch up.

Caitlin is the BEST!!! I came to her in tears after trying to do my own bleach and it was a DISASTERRRR! I'd gone from black hair and tried to bleach it but it turned orange and fuzzy and then (LIKE A TOTAL MORON) went swimming in a chlorinated pool which then burned my scalp! She was the best and gave me some Red Vines and a glass of wine (bless her) and then worked her magic and I left the salon with perfectly platinum blonde hair! She is literally a lifesaver!

Caitlin has been doing my mother's, my grandmother's, and my hair for almost 20 years! Her skills as a colorist are unmatched and she has helped me save my hair (black to blonde, red to blonde, blonde to red, you name it, we've done it!) and my hair has always been in good shape afterwards. I've included pics of me from a couple of months ago and from high school to show her talent!Laurena G's review is not accurate at all. Anyone in the area that knows her can speak to her reputation as a dramatic diva that doesn't like to pay her bills, so this is just another scam of hers and her words are in poor taste just like her character.Over the years, I have tried other salons when I've lived out of state, but no one has done such a thorough job and left my hair in as good of shape as Caitlin has. There's a reason my family and I have been her clients for decades! She's even taught me how to do my own roots and says I'm the only person she trusts to do a home dye job but that's only because she taught me everything I know! My hair is always healthy and soft because I follow her advice, so she will always be my go to colorist and stylist.Services: Bang trim
