These guys are great and really saved us in a sticky situation! Also very friendly and kind people. We were stuck in the middle of the Astoria Bridge mid-morning Saturday and Noel immediately sent us a tow truck. Ray towed the car and entertained us with stories. In the meantime Noel was checking on garages and transportation options for us, out of the goodness of his heart, as we are tourists from Europe and don’t know our way around. They took us over to the garage and Ray even dropped us off downtown afterwards! Later Noel did us another favor. Do use this towing firm, they are honest and helpful people.

This is the best towing company I have ever had. Ray came and picked me up and helped me even though Les Schwab was absolutely not help, ray took me on his personal time to a local shop, and they replaced my flat tire for free! I paid for my tire obviously, but the quickness, urgency, and outstanding attitude from ray when I was having a mental breakdown was so helpful in keeping me calm.

Ron i believe was his name! He was awesome. I really appreciate his time. Just bought my brother a truck and on our way home the truck stalled. Leaving it stranded on the side of the rd. It took us a while to get back. By the time we got there he was getting ready to load it on the tow truck. We explained our situation and he was empathetic and let us jump the truck to get it home. So much love for this man. We would have been out hundreds had he not let us take it.

What an amazing company!Noel is the nicest, professional, and kind. His rates are incredibly reasonable. I called to schedule an appointment to have my car towed and he even recommended some repair places for my situation. On the day of the appointment, he called me well in advance to let me know that ODIT had requested their assistance at the flooded spot in Seaside. He assured me they would have a driver out to assist me. As soon as a driver was available he called to let me know they were on their way. Excellent customer service and I HIGHLY recommend this company! Thanks Noel!?

We are so fortunate to have this business serving our area. My call was answered promptly by a person-‐no router or endless number punching--yea! The manager, Nole, promptly collected my information, and then the best part, he dispatched Bradley to provide service. Bradley went about assisting me in a calm, unhurried, and analytical manner, explaining that his goal was to restore my car to the pavement without causing additional damage to the vehicle. He did exactly that, and I was able to drive away, loosing only a small amount for the tow bill and a good-sized chunk of personal pride. Extremely helpful and thoughtful people. I had an issue with my 69 f100, called an auto shop described the issue and they suggested I needed would likely would be an expensive e repair. Called Finish Line for a tow. While explaining what/where the truck was, and what was going on, the guy I was talking to at Finish Line quickly identified the problem and the quick I could do on my own. Saved me lots of time $ money. I appreciate the consideration and honest, genuine help. 10 stars
