Everyone is very nice and helpful. The bad reviews must be from people who didn't pay their bill because I've had nothing but a pleasant experience.

I was lucky to get a unit because it usually full being in Astoria, extremely friendly staff. Triple locked security now. I have had unit for a few months, no signs of mice or rats!
