The bridge was closed down and we were trying to decide whether to take a 2 hour detour. The young man at the counter was so friendly and helpful; he voluntarily took the time to look up info to help us decide, saving us the 2 hour detour. He gave us a very good impression of Astoria! Very much appreciated!

Great place to fuel up, prices are very comparable to gas prices at Freddy's, well worth the stop. People don't realize that they are even there, because if they did, it wouldn't of been a quick visit. Just because it's Freddy's, doesn't mean their prices are the best in town. Besides how much fuel is used while waiting for a pump, ever think about that. So if the 76 is a little bit more than Freddy's, think about how much fuel was waisted, just sitting in line, probably in the long run the few more cents per gallon, would be cheaper. Just a little food for thought people. I bet if you sat down and figured it out, you would be surprised.

Super-friendly attendant, who's okay with people pumping their own fuel like grown-ups, despite state law. And the squeegee buckets were full and the squeegees in good condition.
