Bank manager was very kind and helpful! Unfortunately, the young gentleman that took care of us was a complete disappointment! He was uninformed, seemed to be rushed, did not know how to do the tasks that were required of him! He was impatient, rude and several times had to get help, I assume, due to his lack of knowledge!What should have taken no longer than 30 minutes, took almost two hours! Checks had to be ordered twice, because of his error! I am a 30 year customer of Wells Fargo and wouldn't change that due to one inexperienced employee! Thank you Wells Fargo!!

My experience today at the downtown Ashland branch was abhorrent. This review is not directed at the tellers as they were pleasant, instead this is directed at the branch manager (at-least that is who I assume he is). I parked in the parking lot of the branch in a spot that was not marked as being part of bank property, went in and did my transactions, then walked across the street to get a coffee and read for a bit. Again, the spot I parked in was very near the street and was NOT marked with a sign that said for Wells Fargo transactions only, as many other spots in the parking lot are. I came back to my car to find a $30 "overtime parking" ticket on my car. I immediately called the parking service to address my concern and they advised me to take the ticket to the branch manager for validation, which I promptly did. I explained the situation to the "manager" who refused validate the ticket since I had left the parking lot. I explained that I am new to Ashland and parked in a spot that was not marked as bank property but he still refused. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and am saddened and disappointed by this interaction. I can't believe I now have to pay $30 to do a transaction at this bank. I will never do business here again. Disgusting.

I went to the branch today to get a passport from my safe deposit box. It said it was closed with no date that they might be back. This is not a good situation for me since I need my passport now.I just received a call from the branch manager who is working with me to get into my safe deposit box. She was extremely responsive.

I've been a bank customer with Wells Fargo for 30 years. My checking account balance is foolishly high. Direct deposit and credit lines for 30 years. My appointment window to send a simple wire was open for the entire morning on the next business day. Wells Fargo Branch Manager Michael Mcghee in Ashland could not help me with that appointment. Now I must travel to Medford with hopes to get the appointment. Such a sad business model where a client can not be the Banks priority. rather it is always the bankers that require the priority.

Full disclosure--I use WF for personal checking, NOT savings, credit cards, or business checking, so my experience may differ from others. I have had nothing but great experiences with this branch. Accessible managers, courteous and efficient tellers, two exterior ATMs, and excellent responsiveness. I've even had them notarize documents for me and help me iron out some wire transfer issues. Truly professional all the way down the line.

I find the tellers to be very helpful and pleasant to work with. At times the higher ups have been slow to respond to concerns, needing prodding and some correction.

I have been here for thirty-five years and no problems. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
