“Everything there was perfection. Beautiful landscaping and features. The Loft was very comfortable and luxurious. Enjoyed the heated pool and room's Jacuzzi. Strolled outside two times taking in the vast gardens, landscaping, and water features. The breakfast was elegant and delicious. It was extremely quiet and peaceful.”

“Extremely professional service. It was my first time with this sort of treatment. I found it extremely enciteful and a day later feel great. It's amazing the toxins that build up in the body. I chose this treatment to help combat those toxins. I highly recommend people of all adult ages to give it a go. I purchased several more treatments for myself and my wife, who is excited and fairly nervous as I was. The property at hidden springs is as relaxing as it gets. I did have two little baby deer outside the window to keep me company. Typically in the past I have heard of people doing this at an older age, I'm 43, and wish I had been doing this for a decade.”

“The Historic Ashland Armory is a nice conference and show location with good flow and a big open floor. We recently visited the Gem and Jewelry Show at the Ashland Armory and enjoyed the venue very much. One issue is finding true local parking. Lots around though so it's not too far. Check it out.”

“Incredible stay. Better than I could have ever expected at a chain hotel. Staff was great. Especially Merideth and Claudia. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They had no problem with letting us check out late. Will 100% stay again when in Ashland. 3 groups of my family stayed here for a wedding and everyone loved it.”

“We had never been there before. We had a great room and the staff was imcredibly friendly and accomdatimg with one exception. The bartender named Chis was horrible. We watched him chit chat, be on his phone and even sit with people outside while we waited for our drinks. When i asked about this he said it was the servers job to make her own drinks. Even though she was a new hire with no bartending experience and no knowledge of where things were at. She tried her best and apologised for her inexperience and his attitude. Shame on management for not insisting he give her full support for the sake of good service. He needs to be let go. He basically told me it wasnt his job. We loved our stay and will return. Hopefully Chris will not be there or will be trained on customer service.

Rooms: Very nice”
