On Jan 2, 2024 in the early evening, my husband went to the Eagle Point, Oregon Valley Immediate Care because he had not been able to get to sleep and had run out of his prescription. Our PCP was not available, or we would have gone to her for help. We made the appointment with VIC, by phone, which went really well. That's where the "well" went down hill. The receptionist gave us a less than warm welcome and the check in nurse was cold, but efficient. Then the real slap in the face came.... The provider Gregory (I think a NP) came into the room and basically treated my husband like a drug addict. My husband told him the situation and was asking for (1) Ambient pill to help him get to sleep. Gregory said he was "not going to risk he medical license for this". He said people come in all the time wanting drugs to sleep. My husband explained he has a Class B Driver's license, gets drug tested regularly, and would not risk his profession either, but he needed to get some sleep. Just a week before this, he was tested for his annual CDL physical, which proved he was NOT a drug user. Gregory did not help us and told us we could go to ER, where someone could monitor my husband. When we were checking out, we got the summary of the visit, which said that my husband had a "life threating condition" and recommended going to ER. We did not. It was NOT 'life threating" - it was lack of sleep. The next day, our PCP was able to send in the order for the prescription. We have used VIC in the past and had great results, but we will not use any of them, unless it is a last resort and never where Gregory is the provider.

Wait time was short, exam was thorough. Nurse explained procedures and treatment clearly. Staff was helpful and minimized my discomfort. I will use VIC again as required.

Always receive the best care. You feel like you are the only patient. Everyone from the front desk to triage to provider care is professional and caring.

I used the online check-in, which resulted in a minimal wait time once I arrived at the office. What I thought was going to be a simple health concern ended up being more complicated. But, the staff stayed with me through in-house testing, additional testing at another facility, clear explanations of results, and a referral for long-term treatment. I highly recommend VIC Ashland for prompt, compassionate, quality and comprehensive care.

Everyone a Valley Immediate Care was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about me. I received the care I needed in a relatively short period of time. I’m happy they are a health resource for our community.

I really appreciated the kindness shown to my daughter when I took her in due to a foot injury. All the staff was kind and promptly got her exrayed diagnosed. Thank you!

Good experience. Very professional.The only thing I would recommend is the sliding door in room 2, needs to be fixed to not slide open while a patient might be naked and in a compromising position.Otherwise, you all did a great job.

The person who did the intake was pleasant. The PA paid attention, examined me, and made a referral. All was good.

Dr Williams has a condescending attitude and isn't helpful. His ego is so big that he refused to refer me to a specialist because "he wasn't prepared to do that" even though that is clearly what I needed while he had no actual help to offer. He should retire.

It was a good experience from the call to schedule to showing up in waiting room. It was very little wait time with call ahead. The team that took care of me were efficient and asked all the important questions for my concerns.

Considering the circumstances, I had a great visit here. They took awesome care of me, super friendly, and really made me feel welcome. Chad and Katy fixed my hand up and got me on my way. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Staff was very polite ! I was in and out within 30 minutes of being seen! Love the dermatology clinic!

Even tho I had an appointment I waited 1 hour to see the Dr. When I made the appointment for a booster I was not told that I needed an exam. Co pay was high
