The woman working in the front was so sweet! She showed us different jewelry and was so helpful! she was willing to bargain and was so sweet about it, she explained the history of some of the pieces. Some of the things are a bit pricy but great place overall i highly recommend

Wonderful experience!
My son and I stopped in to look around and ended up buying a dress shirt and black cords for his upcoming spring formal. He 6'6 and these pants actually fit! The owner was helpful and gave us a great price!

I truly wish I could give it zero stars! My partner and I both got $10 grab bags- thinking they’d have something at least valued at $5. But no! Mine had a cheap baseball, a piece of candy, and one playing card. my partners had a seltzer water, one playing card and some ugly stickers. I can’t believe a store can get away with ripping people off like this, even with a grab bag. Not to mention everything was over priced in general. Will never be back and I hope you don’t go either!

I love the owner of Three Penny and the style she brings to Ashland . Always well curated and priced fairly her selection is diverse and eclectic. A single mother and hard working business owner she is fierce and unapologetic.

Was very disappointed with out visit, owner was extremely drunk saying racial comments, throwing magazines and even tried over charging us on an item that was initially marked at a lower price. Very disappointing.

Very weird place. It’s about 50/50 on whether I have a really good or really bad experience here, and there doesn’t seem to be an in between. Employees/owner are always odd, you just have to hope it’s the good kind of odd on your visit. Or you can avoid the place if you don’t like to try your luck, but you may miss out on some interesting stuff!

The selection of wears will not degrade. Quality pieces previously enjoyed with more future in them than past. Everything I've acquired here continues to last through the seasons. Timeless and tasteful.

I love this store so much but they are never true to their hours. It’s always hot and miss if they will actually be open or not.
