Wow, I was impressed by their incredibly bad service. I had decided to have our embroidery work done through "professionals" instead of someone working out of their home. The first two items we had done were fine. With the third item I took the owner's advise to skip getting a proof and rely on him to ensure the work was done correctly. Big mistake. Wherever they outsourced it to flipped my colors. There is no internal QC because I was the one who discovered the error when I picked up the items. But the biggest problem is with the owner Jerry who can't follow up on anything. I have left phone messages and sent an email confirming how I wanted the issues resolved - and it is now in it's going into week 6 with no response from him. This is even after I went back to the shop to retrieve my merchandise. I have never experienced this type of incredibly poor service by a vendor and am at a loss.
