I sent in my loan application and all documents required on Monday afternoon and was told that they would have an answer within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 96 hours and the only person that handles manufactured home loans, Suzi Johnson has just now finally returned my numerous phone calls and emails to tell me that the underwriter is out until next Monday and can't approve the loan because they are unable to prove my income. This is absolutely ludicrous since I have provided them with my last two years, taxes and bank statements which clearly show, my income, not to mention that I have a credit score over 800 and have already been preapproved for a conventional loan for a house, but have been denied for a manufactured home that is less than half of the value . This is Totally unacceptable that Suzi Johnson at RCU "NEVER" answers her phone and usually only replies by email several hours later just to say she's waiting for the underwriter. Outrageously unprofessional and I would recommend NEVER USING ROGUE CREDIT UNION for a manufactured home loan.

Unbelievable. They upgrade to electronic check reading and from that point they can deny any liability of any mistake made on their end because "it's the computer". (Why would anyone EVER overpay on a car loan that costs 2% interest when obviously large additional payments are intended to pay down a line of credit that charges 10%. Wow.)And by the way: ANYTIME you are addressing a confused and frustrated client of 30 years using "but" as you defend your situation shuts everything down.I always liked First Interstate Bank, I will absolutely, positively move our 5 accounts from Rogue to FIB, over with our 4 there. Believe it or not, they give better service and are more amenable to working things out, not that we need much help.

Went in three times on three different days to try to open an account. "Sorry manager is on lunch for the next two hours." I'll come back. She's not taking appointments for this sort of thing. You can go to our other branch across town.That was sort of out of my way so I Just stop back the next Tuesday. "Sorry nobody can help with that." Granted I came midday again, but again 2 hour lunches.So I stop back the next day nowhere near lunchtime.Sorry if you want to come back tomorrow...Listen, if you can't take new deposits which is literally the most important thing for a bank to do you certainly can't do anything else important. What's your excuse for arguably less important things like cybersecurity? I just went down the block to one of the five other banks in the area. They helped me right away.Find a bank that can get out of its own way and pass on these jokers.

Refreshingly prompt, accurate, and helpful banking experiences so far.I cannot say enough good things about this bank after having so manypoor experiences with my previous bank of many years. The tellers havebeen efficient, helpful, and friendly.My previous bank overcharged for every little service, and I often caughtthem at usually small and annoying, but occasionally large mistakes .So glad to now be banking at RFCU. Keep up the good work! ;-)

If you've just kidnapped your elder with dementia and forced them through intimidation to hand over their property, AND there's an active elder abuse case against you, AND you need to borrow, let's say, $100,000 on your new stolen-through-abuse house, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! They don't care about clean titles, legitimate transfers, property ownership, or previous financial history!! They'll just hand over cash to you like you're not currently committing felonies against an elderly person. It's awesome! Totally recommend this place for liars, thieves, and parasites to get cash quick and hide your crime! To top all that, their team of lawyers will harass your victim's family, (even children!!) for free with months of useless court filings, delays, threats of countersuits, and will ultimately force your victims family to pay off YOUR loan so that you never have to face the consequences of your crimes! They love what they do, and it shows!

I cannot wait to close my accounts at this sorry excuse for a bank. I've been a customer at RCU for about 12 years and I've been extremely patient with the amount of bull**** they've drug me through, and I've finally had it.1. Constantly putting my account on hold for making purchases online, even AFTER I talked to them in person to clarify the sites I normally buy from.2. They stopped sharing between credit unions without making that clear, the website hasn't even been updated to reflect that so how would you know?! Most of the banks I went to didn't even know yet.3. Last year there was an auto-loan event they hosted, and I was interested in taking a loan for a used car just so that I would have extra cash on hand in the event of an emergency. When I asked the teller about the program, she literally sat there and laughed at me, eventually collected herself, and told me to go wait over there. Extremely unprofessional and made me even more uncomfortable than I already was.Forget these guys, go stash your money literally anywhere else.

I was told that you were open until 4:00 on Saturday and even double checked web and the same information. However when I walk to the bank it was closed and a sign saying closed at 2:00, very disappointed.
