Takes two weeks to fill a prescription. Is incredibly rude to customers when they complain. If my partner doesn't have their medication for a few days, they become incapacitated for a week. Either give enough medicine to account for the ridiculous delays, or fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. Absolutely unacceptable.

What are y’all even doing in the pharmacy? It’s next to impossible to get anything filled, and don’t even think about trying to call to check. You’re one of two pharmacies in town. You need to step up.

It takes so long to even reach them on the phone, prescriptions take days and days to fill, and once you get there, the workers are so rude! They are so understaffed and should just close at this point. I will be taking my business elsewhere after coming here for 10+ years. Please order your prescriptions from anywhere else! Worth it to go to Phoenix and drive an extra 10 minutes for better customer service.

Lines were so very long--hours of waiting--and no good reason or explanation for it as it has now been many, months/years since Covid and since Bi-Mart pharmacy closed. This pharmacy does not care about the obvious torture the customers are having to go through so I don't recommend the place. They won't even answer their phones. I moved my business elsewhere and you should, too.

Exactly why their employee harassed me for waiting outside for a client I dropped off for a prescription I don’t know, but the guy was obnoxious. Apparently they have time for instead of serving customers.

I understand that this pharmacy is short staffed, but I have never encountered such RUDE employees.
They rarely answer the phone, and when they do I can't even get a full sentence out without being interrupted with excuses as to why my son's prescription is not ready.
Unfortunately, because of the expense, we're stuck with this pharmacy while he's on this particular prescription.

Rite Aid pharmacy won’t answer their phone to confirm they’ve received our prescription for our daughter who just had surgery. Terrible disappointing !

The pharmacist was so helpful and friendly. They promised to text me when my Rx was ready. And they did!

Corporate needs to pay more and hire more staff. The line is always backed up since it’s one of only two pharmacies in a town of 21,000. I’ve gone to the dark side and switched most of my scripts to Walmart, a 10 mile drive. I’ll soon switch all scripts to Wally World.

My boyfriend has chrones. Rite aid is one of the only pharmacies around and they are short staff and still manage to help him and everyone they can. They expedite his prescriptions, they call his doctor even when he needs more meds due to his chrones. We really appreciate them.

Don't bother calling, you can't get ahold of the pharmacy. Multiple calls on hold for 30 minutes, then 90 minutes the same day. They need to hire more people! I feel bad for the employees, they are nice, courteous, and professional. Too bad corporate greed is overworking them, maximizing profits by understaffing only shows gains in the quarterly reports. People will be fed up and go elsewhere. If it takes 90 minutes to get a prescription, why not go elsewhere that is faster? Even with driving time factored in it would be faster

Do not go here! The slicked back hair guy at the pharmacy register should not be in any business that includes talking to people, especially people who are sick and need medications. He is known throughout town as "the rude guy" at Rite Aid. When I explained to him that I put in a refill for my script a week ago and that I cannot go a day without it or I will end up in the hospital, he got very combative and told me that it is not his problem and I should have gone to a different pharmacy. He proceeded to tell me that he is under a lot of stress , they are over loaded with 3000 prescription requests ahead of mine and "this town is what makes people want to quit". when I explained I'm out of meds and I just want to avoid a hospital visit and asked to have my script jump the line, he told me to transfer my script to another pharmacy.
If Rite Aid can not keep up with our business then maybe they should hire more capable people, stop taking new customers or at the very least let people know that they will be waiting over a week for their prescriptions.

I wish I could give zero stars. what’s wrong with the Rite Aid corporation? There are not enough pharmacists or employees at this store. I’ve waited up to 90 minutes before. They never answer their phone, prescriptions aren’t ready even if they text you and tell you they are. Staff are rude, probably overworked and underpaid. Yes I get it. Rite Aid file for bankruptcy, but just close the store if you can’t provide people with their prescriptions. The website doesn’t work. If I call in a prescription or put it on the website, it doesn’t go through. I have to go in person multiple times to ask the status, which is usually “it’s not ready” Finally started transferring all my prescriptions to a town 20 minutes over and it’s faster to drive back when it is to stand in line at Rite Aid Ashland I have had Prescriptions run out more than one time because me calling in four days advance isn’t enough time for them Worst store ever

My toddler was bitten in the face by a dog in a park (where dogs weren't even allowed to be) and the doctor called in the antibiotics prescription in the afternoon before memorial day holiday. If the prescription had not been filled I would have had to wait two days before getting my son on antibiotics, but instead they raced to fill the prescription and have the pharmacist wait for me at the front desk, even though the pharmacy was otherwise closed, while I rushed to the store to pick it up. It was a huge relief after a very stressful day, it was great to see them go above and beyond what they had to do. They could've just told me to come back on Tuesday, but they made sure to get it done late on a Sunday so I could get my son the treatment he needed.
