We drove from Grants Pass (about an hour) to go to this place. They were very well stocked. However we were looking for something very specific so they made me an appointment t.ent to meet with the lead designer a couple days later. When we met for that appointment were treated like family and the designer hooked us up with exactly what we were after. The cost was a lot less then I expected it to be. Very happy with these people. Had a great experience there. Five stars...

Wonderful costume shop in Ashland OR, amazing inventory and wealth of knowledge. Very helpful sales staff, with good advice for period authentic costumes and lots of accessories.

I came for the wigs and left with everything else. I had an amazing experience at the store. It's well stocked, fun and you're going to either find what you're after or they'll go out of their way to help you get it. There's also a bunch of local crafts and 'mom & pop' style goods in the store, all for reasonable or better prices. As far as the wig experience, that could not have gone better. I was able to try on a few, found one that was amazing and even got it mended for free after I discovered a loose strand after I took it home. A+ experience at this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

FUN STORE!! There's soooo much to look at. Also, there's a downstairs part of the store that's just full of costumes. The employees there were very nice, but there are only two of them with this big store. I understand that it's a very touristy kind of place, but I wish I brought more money. There are some really great quality clothes and costumes, and anything else you'd like to dress up with. I'm very happy with my purchase of the plague doctor mask!!!

Oh, where do I begin?! The staff is absolutely terrific and helpful and knowledgeable! The costume shop...there are two stores... is awesome!! I believe Erin said they had over 40,000 costumes available to rent, or buy!! I got my pirate outfit there and it was a really fun process trying on all sorts of pirate gear!!! I highly recommend this...actually both...stores!!
