Excellent service on maintenance of my duplex rental by Maintenance Coordinator Jose Pelayo. Keeps me posted about concerns and alternatives in taking care of them. Would recommend Realwise to others based on past two years' service from Jose and other staffers I've encountered.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is a JOKE! They only care about the owners of the properties. Not the people renting from them!! Don’t rent from them as they will never give you your deposit back and on top of that charge you more upon move out. $600 for painting a wall??? Yeah no!

Jose was a tremendous help in sorting out a complicated maintenance problem! He connected us with the people doing the job and worked well with our tenant. We can rely on RealWise to take great care of us and the property!

Overcharged for everything, $65 to change smoke alarm batteries. $240 carpet cleaning fee after I paid for professional carpet cleaning. $600 to paint a wall repair. $273 move out cleaning fee. My place was spotless at move out! Rent from this company as a last resort. They don’t care about people.

I recently moved into a property managed by RealWise, and so far everything has gone smoothly. They were very helpful with answering questions regarding paperwork during the application process. Only gave four stars because it’s early days, but so far so good!

I am very encouraged and impressed by the service I have received from RealWise PM. When viewing the property Adam was very informative. He answered my questions and made recommendations that I appreciated. Tammy and Michelle at the office have been very responsive to my needs and inquiries. I have received paperwork in a very timely fashion and this has been very helpful. I requested a second viewing in order to get a more accurate read on possible furniture options and storage needs. Adam is a true professional. He had an app on his phone that could measure the exact square footage of the storage unit. He had already cleaned out the issue with the downstairs balcony door, and his entire client focused orientation made me feel so welcome and valued. Thank you!
