Absolutely great locally made glass pieces. If you're looking for some unique this is your place. The staff is Absolutely fantastic and kind. Definitely a 10/10 for me.

Nice enough staff, terrible prices and they’re card machine we’ll double charge you and takes days for it to be returned. Would give them a better rating if they lowered prices to be competitive and FIX THE CREDIT CARD SYSTEM.

Stopped by for some cigars. The friendly staff member guided me to a different shop. The store was clean ,well kept, and had a great collection of glassware. Will be back next time in Ashland.

Excellent selection of salts, juices, glassware, even traditional tobacco products. Extremely friendly service and a chill atmosphere.

Is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The tall chubby gal who works as the cashier assaulted me with her words I brought in a pipe that had exploded in my face it was made of ceramic I noticed that they no longer had those piped on the shelf interesting. She told me to call the owner. I called the owner with no answer I also went back in to the puffs I did not want my money back all I wanted was a product that was quality . Puffs sells defective material in their pipes they are insulting they are the the worst. I am a secret shopper I have worked for the Nissan corporation and was trained in how to educate forward facing employees employees to treat a customer with kindness respect and to listen to what they are saying this woman and there was a witness in the store was out of line and should not be an employee at that store.

Please instruct your employees who do not smoke, to be just as kind to tobacco smokers, and not judge, and listen and help them, not give them dirty looks when they ask questions, like yesterday, when I came to get tobacco, which a dif employee had helped point out to me, on a different day. She said he doesn't work there anymore, and treated me like dirt the whole time. Young short hair girl.

A very pleasant store. The Attendant was very friendly and helpful. Clean store, lots of options for smoking tobacco and CBD flower and oils.
