What makes Butler worthy of 5 stars is the team of people coordinating one sale. Eric Edgar was relentlessly working on getting the best interest rate while Joel Nickerson was trying to keep the monthly payment within my comfort zone. When that was accomplished I ended up in Ken's office. He was a delight to work with as I sealed the deal. A few signatures later I was I was greeted by Rocky & Matthew. Together they helped me download the new Ford app on my phone all the while Micheal in detail was finishing up the Bronco's last minute shine. I never felt any pressure to get the sale done.
