Had an emergency problem with our BlueOx towing base plate while visiting the area for a few days. They were kind enough to look at the issue immediately, repaired it and I was safely back on my way fast. The crew was happy, friendly and efficient. on our return trip back home from.the redwoods, we had problems with our travel trailer lights and they made time to evaluate and get his back on the road in no time!!! super appreciative of them making the time!!!

We were traveling from Washington to California and had an issue with our weight distribution hitch. It was Sunday and the website said they were closed. We were desperate so we tried anyway. Ken answered and agreed to meet us at his shop. He spent the next hour helping us correct the problem. What wonderful customer service! We left with peace of mind and a little bit more knowledgeable. We would HIGHLY recommend Rogue Valley Muffler and Hitch.
