I just discovered this store. It has great clothing designed for the smart women of Ashland. I was very impressed with this store. Prices were great!

My favorite shop in Ashland (and there are a lot to choose from)! They are absolutely nailing the boho vibe. They make cute little dried flower arrangements, totally one of a kind- I seem to buy one every time I'm in town. This shop is a Must Visit.

Came into this shop with my gal pal, i was just browsing and i asked the store owner or maybe employee how much a tiny roller perfume was as there wasn’t any pricing , i was told $15 , was told it was a strong long lasting roller perfume , when i left the store and drove all the back home i look at my bank statement and it was FIFTY, assuming i heard her wrong i figured the perfume would at least be good quality but it is not.. completely looses its potency after 15 minutes, and it is the size of half my pinky……… Waste of $$$

Such a sweet shop with beautiful goods. I’ve come in many times - sometimes for gifts, sometimes just to browse - and the staff has always been sweet without being overbearing, even when I have my toddler with me.

I came into the store to purchase a couple of plants and a lamp that was perfect for my living room. I left empty handed because neither of the employees bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help with anything. Maybe it's because of what I was wearing (hoodie and jeans). But they should know what a customer wears doesn't necessarily indicate how much they'll spend in their store.
I won't be back.

I visited Juniper Row when I went to Ashland over Thanksgiving. What a beautiful store. I loved the presentation and the selection. But mostly it was the personal attention of the sales person. Very friendly and helpful, but never pushy. I want to recommend especially the woman with long blond hair. She totally understood what I was looking for. Thank you!

Have purchased several things from the store over the years. The last time was not a good experience. The brunette salesperson is always a pleasure but the salesperson with long, blond, straight hair was rude and very unfriendly. There are too many cute stores and boutiques to choose from in the greater southern Oregon area, so I will not be purchasing from Jupiter Row again. You can have the cutest things in your store but if you do not provide the customer with friendly and kind service you will not get my money.

An Ashland landmark stocked with beautiful fragrances (incense, diffusion sticks, Paolo Santo, candles, essential oil perfume, and more), beautiful women's clothes (think earth tones, loose fit, flowing, sweaters, dresses, kind of a boho glam feel that I am totally here for, indoor potted plants with the best greens in their leaves, very helpful staff, great music over head. I bought souvenirs for my wife and daughter here; a fossilized ammonite, a beautiful hard back journal with a lightly metallic green plant themed paisley esque cover, a sweater, and a candle.

Very cute little shop with cute trinkets, crystals and plants. They also carry personal care products, clothing and stationary. The staff is very nice and they rotate their inventory frequently. A staple for me whenever I'm out and about in Ashland!

I found an outfit for my Granddaughter's wedding. There are so many lovely everythings for dress up here in this store! The young women employees were kind, helpful and patient. The following week, I had reason for exchange and was accommodated with an apology and a smile. I love downtown Ashland! Anywhere I have shopped, I have experienced kindness and smiles.

I love this place. I took my husband so that I could show him how amazing our house could look if I had the skills of this store's interior decorator and the merchandise they sell. I walked away with a beautiful gift for my favorite neighbor's birthday. If I lived in Ashland, I'd have a gift registry here.

This store has a lot of lovely things. My mom sister and I come to Ashland for the Shakespeare festival every year and buy holiday gifts and do a fair bit of shopping. I have bought many things here in the past. I will not buy from there again. My 3 year old who is potty training really had to use the bathroom urgently, I asked if there was a bathroom and the girl working said it wasn’t for public use, I asked where the closest public bathroom was abs she said at the end of the block. My three year old who was in tears because he was afraid of having an accident told me he couldn’t make it that far. I asked if there is anyway they could make an exception, and that it was an emergency. I was definitely feeling the urgency of the situation and portrayed that in my voice, but was not rude. The employee begrudgingly agreed. After we had finished the owner told me that she would appreciate it if I wasn’t mean to her employee and that I shouldn’t take out my bad day on her employee. I told her my intention wasn’t to be mean at all and sorry if I came across mean I was feeling like it was time sensitive. She rolled her eyes at me, and shortly after came over to tell my 3 year old. Who was playing w a basket (not harming it) she had in the store that “it wasn’t for playing with andif he wanted to play the park was down the street.” Obviously this woman doesn’t have kids, and doesn’t need my business !! I decided to put back my over $300 of items and leave.

This store discriminates against people of a certain "type" and will refuse to even speak to you if you don't adhere to their rules of bigotry. Pretty amazing in these days, but there it is. Avoid.
