“The owner was so welcoming and helpful! It was great to hear that so many of the products were made her family as well as other local artists and small businesses. They have a beautiful selection!”

“I recently moved to Ashland, Oregon and was referred to Ashland Appliance & Mattress as I needed to purchase a queen-size bed for my guest room. I was assisted by Jeff and he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Jeff did not attempt to "upsell" me. I found a reasonably priced bed and my first guests raved about how comfortable the bed was (and they are picky).Unfortunately, I had previously purchased from former residents their washer and dryer which had to be junked and they returned my money. Then, to compound my stupidity, I bought a used washer and dryer from a used appliance store in Medford. The washer leaked twice from a faulty installation and I returned the set and again my money was returned in full. While I was washing and drying all of the sopping wet towels at Henry's Laundromat, I marched over to see Joel at Ashland Appliance and Mattress and Joel immediately assisted me with a brand new Maytag washer and dryer which was installed today by professionals (Sean and Josh) who were simply terrific. Again, if anything, Joel did not attempt to "upsell" but really tried to "downsell" as he knew I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I've been happily washing and drying clothes all day and I love the Maytag set. No muss, no fuss. Great sales and service -- how it should be but rarely is.”

“Revive is one of my favorite stores in the Rogue Valley. Owner and operator, Stacy, has a great eye for unusual and high quality furniture and decorative accessories. I love to stop in regularly, as the store magically and frequently changes merchandise and appearance. This is not IKEA or a discount furniture store. If you are looking for vintage, high quality, hand made and unusual pieces for your home or gifts, it doesn’t get better or more interesting than Revive! My experience over a number of years has been exceptionally positive and the owner, who is there every day, is both knowledgeable and helpful. As more cities feature cookie cutter stores and malls, we are very lucky to have unique, owner operated stores such as Revive in our community!”
