It was my first time buying a car not only at a dealership but my first time buying a car in general. Ford butler made it very easy to pick and choose a vehicle of my liking. They were also very kind and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. They made going to a dealership easy which I’ve always dreaded doing. Thank you butler Acura and butler ford for the amazing car and service.

I have to say "They have great customer service "!!!! With my new car I was in a spot. It needed oil and backup reserve checked. Still trying to get familiar how to operate this car, I looked for the closest dealer. Found this one. Julian was so so kind and helpful. He took very good care if us!!! He even cleaned my fully loaded with dead bugs, windshield. In the meantime David gave us very good directions to get on to the freeway for our Long trip to California for a wedding.
This was all done for us at no charge. David said that they are there to give good customer service and to make sure that you are save on the road. You don't find that kind of service and humanity just anywhere these days. If I could give the more than 5 stars I would give a 100 plus. Thank you for taking such go care of us!!!

New team working on the Acura side, I find to be exceedingly helpful, open, frank, knowledgeable. Recent maintenance visit was a pleasant experience. They also unexpectedly resolved some body work to my great delight.

10 stars. I couldn't be more pleased. They were accommodating of my schedule so I interacted with several people; Max, Eric, Ken, Craig, Jeremy. I bought a used car. Great price, excellent service all throughout. After the sale, Craig showed me the cool stuff my car had to offer.

Truck in! Truck out. Same day repair after hitting a bird. The collision center was great. Ordered parts. Took a little time due to back orders. Virgil kept me informed throughout the process. Bruno handed me keys to a super clean truck. Highly recommend

Not sure Butler or Acura even cares but, we have used this service department for years. We thought we could trust them. It just does not seem the same at Butler. We recently had them check our brakes on our MDX because the was shaking when we applied the brakes, so they installed new brakes. We come from Grants Pass, so it is quite the trip for us. The car still shook when we got it home so we decided to take it to another company locally in Grants Pass to look at it. They determined in minutes, the rotors needed turning. So we are without the vehicle again for the same reason and out a bunch of money.Sorry Butler but we are cutting our losses after this one and probably moving on from Acura make vehicles. This was not the only issue we have had with the service department.

I sent my information to this dealership over a 2003 Mustang I was interested in. They texted and called me promptly right after. I’m in California so not local. I was ready to book a flight the next day. They told me the car is currently in the detail shop and would be ready in two weeks. BUMMER. Anyways, Two weeks later I checked back with them and was informed it was still in their detail shop. I texted them again 3 weeks later and was told the same thing but they told me I would be called/texted as soon as the car is ready. Well that didn’t happen. I seen the listing had been updated with new pictures and price. It was at $21,991 and the price got raised from $28,991. Yup a $7,000 increase and no one EVER reached back to me. Horrible way to do business.
