I called my insurance company about my broken windshield and this was the business they recommended to me. They got me in right away, they had a nice little area where I could sit and wait, and they did a great job. I am very happy with Bill's Glass.

Note: I've added 3 stars to my initial one-star review (below) as a result of a conversation with Bill's Glass business owner, Jim B. Jim replied the same business day and made a sincere attempt to understand my concerns. He also apologized and provided context for my negative experience, which I appreciated. Most importantly, he explained steps Bill's Glass was taking to improve the customer intake process in Ashland. Jim's intervention addressed my issues with the Ashland shop and has restored my faith in buying local. Initial one-star review:Do yourself a favor and work with Bill's Glass in Medford instead. I'm not going to identify/shame the individual by name, but the person responsible for intake in Ashland is incompetent, and you'll find yourself frustrated with the shop's inability to provide basic customer service. They make commitments, fail to meet them and then just make excuses. Sorry, I know it's inconvenient to have to travel to Medford when we have a Bill's glass in town, and I believe it's important to support local businesses. But without dramatically improved customer service in Ashland you will be frustrated and, several weeks later wind up going to Bill's in Medford anyway.

Communication is just nonexistent. Spent 3 weeks trying to get a simple quote, filled out their online quote form multiple times, sent and responded to emails, left a message and tried calling several times. Really my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and wasting my time.

Superb service! Picked up a rock chip in my windshield on way to Ashland as part of a week-long camper tour. National brand required reservation for 2-days later. Other shops were no help. Bill's fixed it in 15 minutes and got us back on the road. Bill's understood the urgency and stopped other work to fit us in. The chip was barely visible after the repair (unlike some other chips I've had repaired). If you have a glass problem near Ashland, try Bill's.

I am so impressed by the level of service and amazing chip (bulls-eye) windshield repair job from Bill's in Ashland. The front desk was super friendly and the entire process took less than 20 minutes for the drop-in repair (no appt). I can't even see the chip in the windshield and I'll definitely be coming back again if needed. I'd give 6 stars if Google reviews allowed it.Service: Auto windshield repair

The entire team was super helpful, pleasant and all around such a joy! The atmosphere was great, fun and easy going all while having a great work ethic. The gentleman that helped me was great! All I have to say is wow! This is one of those businesses that you wish every business followed. First of all let me tell you about Bill. He's the owner and he's one heck of a great guy. Besides being a great owner he's patient with his employees and every single instance with a customer's vehicle, he takes the time to teach his employees how to do a properly and safely. All in all a great experience thank you so much guys and thank you bill! I brought my 1992 school bus in for a new windshield, which most companies won't do and a bunch of flat glass. They got me scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and I was in and out within a few hours. Can't say enough good things.

Soo this is the first review I’ve ever left! This place is amazing, and I wish all businesses would follow suit. Our brand new Highlander had the rear view mirror fall off and it’s been so hot the glue we’ve been using won’t work. They got us in the same day, on a day they were closing early and fixed it free of charge! The office staff and the guys in the back were all amazing! I highly recommended this business to everyone!
