my little snickers has little nostrils. she got a grass seed stuck up her nose. they got her in the there quickly, removed it, and she was back home sleeping before i knew it. this was last year but it seems like i didn’t make a review then? anyway, they’re great and i wouldn’t hesitate to go to them again..

Dr. Church was able to treat my ferret. Very thankful of her. I was calling places that were 6+ hours away from me to see if they could do a adrenal implant, everywhere I called said no. I was so happy I found this place and that she was able to treat my baby.

It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to leave a review. Very disheartened to give such a low rating after coming to them for the last couple years, but I have had incredibly disappointing experiences at this vet office. They have pressured me into putting my dog on Bravecto without offering any alternative options or giving me time to ask questions. It felt like their priority was pushing products rather than my dog's well-being. To make matters worse, they have muzzled my dog on two occasions, who has no history of aggression, without trying any other approach. I understand that muzzles are for the protection of the staff, but in this case, it seemed unnecessary. It's clear they don't understand dog behavior as well as other vets do, which made visits far more stressful than it needed to be.
Additionally, they are not transparent about the financial process. I have had to repeatedly ask for estimates at visits, and they drag their feet on providing them, leaving me unsure about the costs and care plan.
What I find especially distasteful is that the clinic owner has been responding to reviews by airing out personal veterinary information on Yelp. I would expect the same level of professionalism and decorum from a veterinary professional as I would from a medical professional. For that reason, I will not be including any identifiable information about my pet in this review. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and am in the process of transferring my pet's records to another practice. Highly disappointed. Could not recommend less.

Awesome. Spends time with my pets and explains everything thoroughly. Easy to get in with drop offs as well.

So thankful for this clinic!! We were in Ashland for a week vacation when our dog had a sudden emergency. This clinic was able to see him within 90 minutes, and did surgery that afternoon.
The nurses were FANTASTIC and so was the doc. Really 10 out of 10 for this team!

Dr. Jackie Church quickly and properly diagnosed our dog after two other veterinarians wrongly diagnosed him. Our dog would have died without the care Dr. Church provided. We have switched to her as our permanent veterinarian. She plainly loves what she does, and she is very good at it!

A well organized and gentle staff helped calm my nervous senior kitty. Options for his care were explained and I was given written resources to review at home. There was no pressure around adding services to the basic care and advice offered. Thanks for your sensitivity to a senior cat and his senior owner!

From the moment I called the office I was able to get in.
Once I got to the office, everybody was so caring. Never had to wait. I can’t believe how compassionate they all are. They took care of my little baby and help me through some decisions. I love this office.
I highly recommend them.
