I have been to a few AT&T stores in California and Oregon. And I have spent way too long on chat and the phone trying to get help. This store has the best customer service, beating online, phone, chat, and other store's support. Andrew is a rare gem who is honest, direct, and takes customer service seriously. This is my go-to AT&T store to do business now. Thanks, Andrew, for your time and expertise!

Cody was wonderful. A Karen came in during the time I needed a new charger cord and she yelled at him for no reason. Some old lady watching all this bought body coffee. Seeing poor staff doing their job getting treated like trash isn’t COOL! GIVE this man a pay raise before he like many talented people leave. SOU campus students support your Cody! I prey to god someone sees this review.

Watch your bills after visiting this store for any service. Got charged an extra 200 a month after trading in my phone, as they did not state all expected changes in the account and weren't truthful in what changes were being made, as well as making changes I did not agree to. I have had to call customer service multiple times and reach out to a different AT&T store to get some issues resolved, as they were less than helpful when I went back the second time.

I'd only recommend this place if you have 2 forms of id like a driver's license and a passport because their system doesn't know how to read my valid license. They don't offer any other solution except sending you a link to take a picture yourself. If that doesn't fix it then it's basically you're sol can't start an account to buy a phone there. At least the guy who tried to help me for over an hour was nice. I have an id, valid and not expired, and money to be a customer. I'd like to be, I saw some good deals I was interested in. But I have to figure something else out...literally been trying to get a new phone for over a week now and for some reason it's like rocket science.

The store manager at AT&T in Medford is phenomenal. He was able to put all the digital ducks in a row to finalize what others could not for me. As well as fill dead times or loading times during my venture to answer other customer questions and/or hear out what brought them in to begin the process of resolving their reasons for coming into the store.Personable as well as approachableGreat employee ??????????

I got a Samsung S22 from the south Medford store. I ask Larry if he could help me set it up, he didn't seem too interested and said it's easy you can do it. I went to the Ashland store and ask Cody for help. Cody called Ian over who Cody said was a Samsung guru. Ian did everything I ask and more. Thank you Cody and Ian.
