Very friendly and competent animal clinic. I like the setting of the clinic with a green pasture in front of the building where you can walk your dog before or after consultation.

This is a great place once you get into a room. But the service at the front desk is horrible. Phone wait times of an average of 15/30 minutes. No greetings + rude + mean at front desk. And they get MOST things wrong the first time so check your bill. The vets are amazing if you don’t mind dealing with the front desk issues.

We moved to Medford about a year ago and this one of the few animal hospitals accepting new patients. They were wonderful at our first visit and continue to be at our latest visit. For example: they contacted our former vet to obtain our pets' info. They suggested alternate treatments for our senior dog. They sent us reminders for vaccinations based on the former vet's records. Most importantly: when it came time to put our senior dog to sleep, the entire staff was sensitive and caring. Furthermore, another family was on site with their dog who was diagnosed with a very serious condition. They also were very sensitive and helpful to that family as well. Fully recommend as a caring practice that handles both humans and pets well.

I can not recommend a vet more. Their staff went above and beyond on more than one occasion to help when my roommates and I were surprised with a litter of puppies. Their kindness, generosity and delicate care for our animals was more than I could have ever hoped for. If you are looking for a place to take your furry loved ones where their health and well-being is the number one priority, look no further.
