This is second time that I’ve had to deal with a lump on our cat & now dog. Paying for tests, labs, surgery and then referring to a surgical specialist afterwards in Medford when there would have been a greater chance of success with the specialist in Medford would have been the right thing to do. I DO NOT have confidence in A Street providing more complex care. Thousands spent for what?! Basic care yes.

They are caring and work hard to get your pet in for appointments in a timely manner. Especially if one is sick. Everyone there is so friendly and each patient is known to all of the staff.

I adopted a paralyzed dog and this was his vet prior to adopting him. I temporarily took him to a different vet who was not very positive about his diagnosis and didn’t want to try anything. Dr. Aiden has been extremely helpful and very open to trying whatever we can to see if he can regain feeling. I’m super happy with this vet and everyone there. George also appreciates them ❤️

Misdiagnosed my dog's uti as incontinence and prescribed her a medication (proin), she suffered with a UTI for over a year because of this. A simple antibiotic would have fixed it.

They took on an animal that had been hit by a car and left . Owner was having a hard time financially. Service was provided without creating a hardship for owner.

Doctor Aiden Costello and his staff could not have served us and our Ms. Gracie any better. After one night, the recovery progress was a miracle. Our dog seems more lively than ever. If anyone has ANY pet needs…..look no further!! This is what a pet care facility is all about❤️!! The Rogue Valley is blessed to have A Street Animal clinic.
