So, I made an order of four items - three different truffles, one flavor of fudge - all were delightful (as I reviewed each separately for the makers in a commentary left on the monestary's webstie). These chocolate confections - truffles and fudge - rank right up there at the highest level of quality and taste with the world renowned varieties of chocolate made in Belgium. The only thing I can think of to recommend to the monks is that they consider producing a line of their chocolates using alternative sweeteners to sweeten their products - monkfruit, stevia, coconut sugar, etc. come to mind. In that way, they would also be in a position to offer their customers an additional range of products, and thereby opening up a whole other segment of populations that could become an additional customer base. Just imagine the millions of people in the United States alone whose lives are compromised by diabetes who could once again enjoy this delicious chocolate without the fear of explosions of their blood sugar levels.

Recently purchased chocolate truffles and I have to say they were the best chocolates I have had in years!My current favorite is the hazelnut truffle. But every time I try a new flavor from the Brigittine Monastery, it becomes my favorite!I also purchased the Easter collection and the flavors were amazing, not too sweet, they were just right. I sent a box of the Easter collection to my friend and she loved the chocolates.We have also been to the Monastery and purchased some chocolates directly - hate to admit it but the chocolates were gone before we made it home. The Brigittine Monastery makes the best chocolates!

On-line order for truffle sampler pack & walnut fudge was promptly received in perfect condition. The truffles were so smooth & all of the flavors tasted very good. The fudge had an off flavor to the chocolate. It was very smooth, but just not as good as others we've had (ex: Mackinac Island fudge & See's Candies fudge). Shipping cost is pretty high unless you order a large quantity.

I bought the valentine chocolate cherry walnut fudge - delicious! The chocolate cherry truffles- delicious! They were all for me. For my sister and brother in law, the milk chocolate fudge and the chocolate truffles variety pack. They'll let me know. I know for sure that I'll be purchasing more from the Brigittine monks in the future!

Taste is compromised with non-cane sugar sweetener. Does not taste like fudge as I have known it. Sad because I ordered the expensive candy imagining it to be old-fashioned.

Absolutely beautiful presentation. The box they came in was so cute. They were packed carefully. But they tasted AMAZING!!! Real strawberry filling with just the right amount of velvety milk chocolate covering the pillowy strawberry middle. Rich, decadent & unforgettable. Sheer perfection!
