There is always a long line and long waiting to get served. I would not recommend if you plan to stop by this bank for a quick deposit or cash out money. Even though this brand started to open services on a half day on Saturday, it is miserable ideally if you plan to stop by for quick assistance.

As a business, it is really irritating when working with a bank who doesn’t know how to count change. 15 minutes for you to recount and still hand me the wrong amount? Multiple times? Jeez.

Just like every other Wellsfargo, all the staff is allergic to doing virtually anything. Glad this is the last time i will be dealing with this terrible banking brand

It is a bank that is well attended to, everyone knows Spanish, English, French, Italian, whenever I go, they take good care of me and say that if I want to open another account

now to be fair I was extremely late to my appointment and that's my bad on the flip side there was not one single guest or customer inside, at least 3 staff, and they refused to help me twice. I can't set an appointment for another month and they're in there relaxing and chit chatting instead of working and helping me. horrible customer service but I am a jerk for basically missing my appointment

Biggest joke of a branch Wells Fargo has. This location is rarely open and when it is they can't cash checks due to not having enough cash($3,500 dollars isn't a lot) and the ATM is always trashed and not in working order or not taking deposits. All in all don't waste your time with this location it's more than likely not open or even working.

Terrible experience. I was on the phone w/ the call center support. I originally was talking to a gentleman named Tyler who was extremely helpful and seemed to actually care about the customers. Due to my issue, I had to be transferred to management and they were super dismissive and gave attitude. I could even throw in the word "creepy" in there too. Definitely won't be banking with Wells Fargo anymore and I suggest everyone else to follow suit.

Note that only drive through ATM bank in allowable this time. No counter services. Was caught by surprise when trying to go for counter services
