Very shadey. I don't consider myself a biggot, but I could smell the contempt one of the employees had for me. If indeed my packages never left this outlet, they are also thieves and you should probably skip ever considering this garbage location.

Cost me 17 dollars to receive an item from the shippers address, 34 dollars to return it to the same address, 2.5 weeks of transit, spent 20+ minutes in line just to be told they don’t accept 100$ bills.

Worst possible UPS store across the country.....extremeley careless and uhelpful staff. Consistently miss stuff in the packages, don't help for missing , delayed packages. This is my experience from last couple of instanes after using UPS AIR /NEXT day delivery. I am surprised this store is still in the business.

Printing rates at this location are way out of whack when related to other shipping carriers and locations. Over $4 dollars to print and attach a label to a prepaid S&H packaged box is highway robbery. I am always reminded why I never ship items through UPS when I visit the Aloha Market location. Every single time I come here it's a hassle but I give it a chance about once a year because it's within walking distance from my work. I feel sorry for the employees working this location, they must get angry customers hourly. Please if you can go with another carrier UPS is atrocious in all facets of its pricing, quality and business practices. I'd give this place 1 star but google would just hide the review.

Stop by the UPS store located in the Aloha Market Center Just to drop off a package. The clerk was fast and efficient and did not hold me up at all it took less than I would say 2 minutes. I was in and out in a flash so I would definitely recommend coming here for shipping off packages or whatever.

Guy has helpfully but really didn't care to explain the options to me I thought he went for the cheaping shipping option since he said standard and I ended up paying around 400$ for 3 boxes that weight 18lb and the rest where less than 3 pounds unreal

We use this UPS store for many different shipping reasons. They are always fast, accurate, and very friendly. The best UPS store we’ve ever used.

This store is charging $70.00 for a large box so I can return something back to Amazon, that is so wrong and the customer service wasn’t friendly either, this country is in bad shape because of companies like this and bad customer service, if you don’t like your job get a new one

This is the most unprofessional UPS store. The clerk is rude. They hung up on me while I was trying to give them a correct address for a mistake THEY made. Not only did the package not get delivered but it cost me over 20.00 for a 1.6 lb box! They wouldn’t help me and I spent hours trying to get mistake resolved. I have a notice that all they need is the correct address yet they wouldn’t let me give it to them!

I'd rate a 0 if possible. My son went in to mail my Mother's Day; he paid for the shipping cost as well as the ridiculously high fee for them to pack up the gift. The gift was a Pandora charm with a card; a 5 x 7 x 2 box or even an envelope would have sufficed. He paid the fees and left with the receipts and promises that the shipment would get to me on Tuesday, May 16th.A package DID arrive on the 16th, however it was a large Amazon box with a pet bed for a crate in it (still sealed with Amazon packing tape). This store slapped my son's label over the original Amazon label. My son immediately went to the store to see what had happened and was given the run around by two employees. I called to find out what to do with the box that I received and Raul said he needed to call his manager who was in surgery to advise us. BTW, Raul is the one who assisted my son with the transaction originally.I sent a follow up email that day requesting a response and reiterating what we spoke about. My son did the same.A week later, "Doug" replied to my son's email asking for a copy of the receipts (for the item, the packing fee, and the shipping charge). My son provided all of that and was told they were looking into it.It's been two weeks, I've sent numerous emails (which have all gone unanswered or even acknowledged) so I called and spoke with Doug. He still couldn't tell me what to do with the box, but was looking into it and would let me know in a few hours. Still nothing ... ** Crickets on their end ***.My son has filed a claim with UPS. I decided to write a few reviews in hopes that they will actually DO something about their major error.Save your money - go to USPS. You'll have to wait in lines, but at least you have a much better shot of them not ripping you off! (I'd post pics of both labels but they have our addresses on them).
