They guy with the ponytail lacks communication skills. There were two customers using the self check out. I had no idea because one of them was outside and the other was standing by the entrance door. So when I scanned my item at the self check out I hear her say to her boyfriend sis you why the receipt and she starts standing awkwardly next to the self checkout and looking at the screen. I said last what are you doing, then the employee with the long hair and pony tail comes over and says "they are in the middle of doing their order".. and then he clicks on the screen and shows me over ten boxes there were ordering. When I walked up to the self check out neither of them were near it and it said scan here so I did. Instead of the customer saying to me miss in sorry I'm still using this. I'm completely confused as to why she's standing there just staring at my screen asking her boyfriend who also is coming from outside neither of them says hey we were doing a ton of boxes we are going in and out of the store. The employee completely embarrassed me. Acting as if I had stolen the machine on purpose. I was on the verge of tears and had he told me hey stop they are using that machine or the lady stood by the machine instead of waiting by the DOOR I would of just been hunilated.

I want to recognize Doug from The UPS Store #1887 in Aloha for his exceptional service. He was incredibly personable, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Doug’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Doug truly exemplifies that. I hope his dedication is acknowledged, as he made my day much easier.

I had a great experience here on a Saturday morning.
Erin was one of the most pleasant and professional employees I've ever came across at UPS stores. She was informative, patient and her attitude was so excellent. She definitely deserves a shout out. She represented UPS perfectly.

good costumers service but is but it looks like they never clean up the place stinky and all the glass looks gross they need to pay someone to clean up .

Hello, today, May 13, at approximately 9 am, I went to this office to try to make a shipment and the man who was serving at the counter was very rude. Apparently he got angry when he heard that my wife and I were speaking in Spanish and He yelled in our faces that he didn't understand or speak that language, when in reality we weren't talking to him but he looked very angry and we had to leave that store and go to another one. I want to highlight that this is the first time something like this has happened to me. in that store since I always make shipments with them and use the photocopier service, they have always had very friendly staff except for the man today in the morning, they should give him a customer service course
