Our family had an emergency situation, Fawad went absolutely above and beyond to help us, and only thanks to his assistance and compassion were we able to help our grade school aged kiddo feel safe and secure as quickly as we did. He arrived in a fraction of the time that Roadside Assistance had quoted, which as a parent I appreciated so much because my first goal was to help my child/get home as quickly as possible <3 He reached out via phone while on his way so that we could confirm our location, this was so appreciated. Our specific roadside assistance need ended up being different than we'd thought, and Fawad was patient and did not even for a moment make us feel bad about the confusion (even though it added more time to his service call with us). I called for a jump after using my storage bay lights longer than usual (bus) thinking I needed it but after an hour and a half and two trucks I still had nothing at the key.
Thankfully one of the drivers suggested I double check for it being in neutral and it solved the problem. I've never made that mistake before but I was so grateful for their patience and help that I wasn't sore about the cost.

“I never caught his name but the driver was awesome. Had my 2 year old daughter with me and he showed up as quick as he could (about 20 minutes) when the estimated time was 45-75 minutes. Started raining by the time we were home so he grabbed the carseat from me so I could get my daughter out of the rain. Parked my rig exactly where I asked and was knocking to return the keys before I had even gotten her settled inside. I hope I don't need another tow, but if I do Bernabe will be who I call and recommend in the area.”

“It happens to the best of us, at one point or another. I have a vehicle stuck somewhere and need to get it somewhere else. My brush with inevitability came early on a frosty late November morning and we found our old Honda Odyssey (21 years old as of this writing) starting up in our driveway with a blinking check engine light and super-rough idle. I know just the mechanic to fix this (see my 2011 review for Brock Automotive), but--that mechanic happens to be 19 miles away from my disabled vehicle. Enter Fox Towing. I told them I needed a tow from my house to the shop in Beaverton, it's "not particularly urgent, I'm not at the side of the road or anything." He arrived pretty quickly, about 3 hours, and got the van up on the truck in about twenty minutes. I got a call a half hour later that the vehicle was being unloaded at the shop. I barely needed to move a muscle (well, I guess I got up to answer the door...) and the car was safely in the shop at around the 4 hour mark. All this for a very reasonable price. Great experience. Definitely keeping their number in my contacts list.”
