“I like goodwill but the comment from Alice regarding the rude employee to her disabled friend should be a lawsuit!!! I'm disabled too and I deserve to be respected by goodwill employees after all the disabled gave that women's customer service job to her!! There should be severe discipline for customer service like saying and don't ask me again and she could have offered to bring in the extra clothing when asked!!! What happened to respect your elders and going the extra mile in service. Good thing this girl doesn't drive city bus as I retired from. That kind of attitude could get you hurt badly,!!! Diane”

“Such a great place! My favorite part about it is the atmosphere of encouragement and kindness it fosters between everyone, especially the ladies, there. There is a one dollar rack that’s fun, the pants rack is cheap and I happened to come on a day where there was a bunch of sales so it was a blast! “This Goodwill is one that I frequent quite a bit. I have found that there are a lot of nice name and designer brands in the apparel section from time to time. This trip I wanted to focus on finding summer clothes and found many different colorful printed garments. Unfortunately the fitting rooms are still closed.
I did find some awesome glass fruit (but I left them behind). They also have a great selection of frames and glassware.”

“[2019] Love this goodwill. The staff are pretty dang friendly. It is really busy, but I generally always find something I want here.
[2024] Why does Goodwill Industries, a $62.6M profit bearing entity, restrict the flow of donations to the end customer? I can understand only allowing a minimal percentage of salable quality donations through to brick and mortar retail locations- but complete and total redirection of certain tier/categorical items into private sale? That's basically unethical and resoundingly against the founding principles. Respond with a contact method for discussion. (Minus one star for that only)”

“I always love going to goodwill and giving stuff that I am not using anymore. Friendly and helpful staff here always. They have a big parking lot and there is always someone to meet you when dropping stuff off. I also like shopping here you never know what you are going to find. I have found some really cool stuff here. I highly recommend this goodwill.”

“Absolutely stellar customer service from their e-commerce team! I recently made several purchases from this location online. There was an issue with the website miscalculating the shipping and not combining the orders. Tatiana and her supervisor were incredibly helpful! Tatiana took the time to understand what I was asking, gave me options for solutions, and took my concerns very seriously all while remaining calm, and gentle in her tone. 10/10 would hire her myself in a heartbeat!”
“This has been the best Plato’s Closet I have ever been to! I stopped by this evening and spent about 2 hours there since there was such good stuff! All the employees were so friendly, could tell they all enjoyed their jobs, and were all approachable. The whole time I was there, three of the employees chatted with me at some point whether that was holding my items while I was shopping, letting me into the dressing room, and checking me out. Everything was fairly priced and was VERY impressed by the condition of the items. I will definitely be back!”

“Definitely one of the better Goodwill establishments I've been to, about as clean and organized as a typical Ross/TJ Maxx store with the typical prices and used items you'd find at a Goodwill. It's a decent place to find books that are okay quality for very cheap. It's usually not as crowded as other Goodwills.”

“This place is one of the few thrift stores that have actual thrift prices! Most items are around $5-$10 while there are a few that is a bit higher price. Large selection of jewelry as well. The lovely owner is always so nice and I love saying hi to her pets too! Be sure to bring cash cuz its a cash only place!”
