“This was my first time using a moving company and I'm glad i chose PDX Movers as my first experience. Everyone was Professional from the Salesman I had a conversation with too book my move, the Insurance Policy Lady who followed up with me 3 days before the move to go over the details, to the Movers who showed up the day of the move in a timely manor. Their timing was a range from 8am-10am show up time and they arrived at 7:55am. They went the extra mile to Wrap my door / door frames with blankets to prevent dings at both locations as well as a roll out rug to prevent mud from tracking into both places. It was a rainy day too so this was really appreciated. They wrapped up all furniture to prevent damage as well and handed all of my items with care. The Moving staff was very friendly to put icing on the cake. The pricing was very reasonable and all and all it only took them 2.5hrs to move my 1 bedroom apartment that was stacked with a lot of baby toys and other items. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom because we needed more space. For anyone who may be their first time looking for movers or a repeat customer of using moving companies i would highly recommend PDX Movers be your next choice and final choice for all moving needs.”

“We stored all of our things here for a few months while transitioning to a new home. We've used many different storage units before across the state but this was by far our best experience. Staff were so friendly, helpful, and even entertained our 8 year old son a couple of times while the adults worked! The premises is very secure and unbelievably clean compared to other storage spaces we've used. They have huge dollies and wide hallways which made getting our stuff in and out a breeze.As people who move a lot, this was a genuinely great experience and I hope we get to use them again if we need storage in the future.”
“Had a great experience renting a UHaul from Hillsboro West Self Storage. They have multiple vehicles to choose from, lots of gear in the store that you can rent or buy. I called for a last minute truck, they were able to accommodate me, and reserve a vehicle on a holiday weekend to be ready for pick up in 10 minutes! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this place as it was clean, organized, great priced and had friendly employees!”

“Superbly locally run storage facility! It’s part of a national chain, but David has to be one of the most outstanding local managers out there. His customer service is top notch. Very clean, safe units. Good drive up access. If you are looking for a place to rent some extra space, come here and you’ll be taken care of. One caveat: pricing is handled through the national chain and can increase substantially after the initial promo period, so be sure to check the fine print and talk with David about any concerns.”
“I have to say that my experience at this public storage has been great! Brendan really helped us get the right unit that worked perfect with our budget. Facility is clean and safe. “I needed a storage unit asap, so I came to West Coast Self Storage. Rena, the employee, was amazing! She was helpful and knowledgeable and when we talked, it didn't feel pressured or rushed. She showed me several options and helped make the decision on what size unit I needed. Reason I did not give 5 stars is because the admin fee is a ridiculous amount at $30, which of course had nothing to do with Rena, who again, was amazing. The property is very clean, too!”

“Kimberly does an excellent job. I applied online and was told the units were temperature controlled. When I showed up with my plants I discovered the unit was only heated. Kimberly sprung into action and moved me to a cooler building. I quickly saw that I needed more space and again, Kimberly sprung into action and got me another appropriate size space close enough to my original spot.Later I got a call from Kimberly telling me that my space was not locked properly. It appeared locked but it was not. It had a different type of closure.I can’t express my thanks enough. The father & daughter that manage this place are heaven sent! There not like public storage (quick to auction off your belongings)! They know life happens.... & in my case, they were understanding & patient!!! The prices are great, the property is always clean, the location is great, the property is secure, & they do have a restroom on site. As well as live on site, which is a little more added security! I would strongly recommend them to any & everyone!”

“these people are absolutely unreal. I don't know how other storage units are because this is my first experience using the service. That said I can't imagine there is customer service that parallels the service that Melinda and the other associates offer here at West coast. I had to rent a second storage unit today after renting my first one a few months back. I did not realize how much stuff I had and was really overwhelmed by the mess of needing to coordinate two storage units last minute. I shouldn't have been worried though because Melinda totally took care of me and gave excellent advice around what storage unit to choose and got me the best monthly rate available. I just can't recommend them enough!!”
